Recently got my lower right wisdom tooth removed here not too long ago and I just wanted to give a shout out to Dr. Regiane Maluf and Samar for being really awesome and comforting during the whole procedure. Worst experience ever. I have been with this dental for years and I have to call every single week over a month to get my final Invisalign checkup booked. Every time I was told someone is going to contact me and no one ever did. No one seemed to care.

I’ve been coming to Ironwood Dental for over 5 years. The service and care provided by the staff are excellent, oftentimes exceeding expectations. I've been coming here for over 10 years now and have always enjoyed the care I receive here. Staff are professional and the dentists and hygienists are always using new and advanced technologies to make the patient experience better. I deeply appreciate that the practice continues to invest in better and better tools and technology to improve patient care and the patient experience. I recently had a crack on my tooth, called the office, and they scheduled me in the next day. I had a crown done on the same day by Dr Jamal and Christine who were professional, fun and courteous. I've heard of people having to come back multiple times in order to get the procedure done, as well as horror stories of awful dental "torture devices" and having to come back again and again for fixes or improved fits. Thanks to their awesome skills and tools, my tooth was scanned, my crown was made and fitted within 2 hours. I was home within 2.5 hours of leaving my house, and I have not had to go back for any refitting. My hygienists Karam in the past, and now Shivanee have always gone above and beyond to get to know my concerns and they do such a good job cleaning my teeth, I have seen an improvement in my overall oral health and a decrease in problems in the last 10 years.... I have been going to Ironwood Dental for over a decade and have always had a wonderful experience. From the moment you walk through the door and our greeted with smiles, you are offered coffee/tea/water while you wait in the comfortable waiting area. The wait to see the hygienist is never long and even if the wait is long there is always a satisfactory explanation. Reena has been my hygienist and she has always been warm/friendly/and very professional in her dealings with me. She always checks to make sure I'm comfortable during the treatment and always lets me know what's going on with my cleaning/teeth/gums etc. It has been a pleasure being a patient of Ironwood Dental and thank you for providing an excellent experience every time over the years.... I went to Ironwood dental initially for a second opinion. Dr Fazel and Reena treated me wonderfully. They explained what my issues were and then showed me a logical solution and were willing to work with me. They are very honest, and they stand behind their work. I’ve been making the necessary preparations to begin Invisalign and the removal of 2 wisdom teeth was the last step. I was terrified and nervous as one of them was seriously impacted — Dr. Maluf and her assistant Samar were exceptional. From start to finish they made me feel comfortable and safe, they were extremely thorough every step of the way and by the end of it all the nerves and worry completely dissolved. I’ve been going to Ironwood Dental for many years everyone is always very kind and welcoming especially Flo! The staff are always willing to help and make the experience as smooth as possible. My hygienist Karam S was pleasant and professional and took really good care of me from start to finish.

I had an incredible experience at Ironwood under the very diligent care of Karam (dental hygienist) and Dr. Regiane (dentist). Ive tried many different places in Vancouver and always found the care to be somewhat mediocre. I’ve always been afraid of going to dentist which always made the experience very unpleasant. From the receptionist to their dental care, everyone is extremely friendly and prompt to answer questions and try to make you feel at ease. Karam was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all procedures and I’ve never been that relaxed in a dentist chair before. I live in downtown Vancouver and I don’t mind taking the drive to Richmond to get the best care possible. I won’t need to change dentists or hygienists anymore.... (Show more)

Yesterday was another fine reason why they are the best with Christine & Dr. Maluf taking a 3 hour appointment with patience & professionalism...checking off & on how I was doing but also explaing their next steps. My daughter loves this place; she's not afraid of the dentist, when we tell her that we're going to the clinic where Stephanie and Patricia work; they treat her like a princess and keep her smiling during the whole session.
