Recommended fertility center 100x100!!! I tell my story, because when we are involved in this topic it is so difficult to decide where to go, you look at thousands and thousands of reviews of doctors, where they will do it best for you, you have a thousand doubts, insecurities, fears... you just want to fulfill your dream that For some of us it costs so much...!! I came from a first failed IVF in another center, I didn't know whether to repeat it in the same one, or look for another center. I was recommended by a very good friend of my sister, Cirh, and with Dr. Elena Prada, we made a first visit, and my partner and I were delighted. She transmits to you from the first moment you meet her, simplicity, humanity, affection and professionalism!!! Let's not think about it and move forward with it, this is a second adventure. I travel from Badalona to have the intervention, scheduled time 8:15, they make me be at the hospital 10 minutes before to present documentation. To arrive at the required time I leave home 1 hour early, since the traffic is terrifying. It's 8:56 and they still haven't caught me, it seems disrespectful to make a patient wait, it's no use having an hour, since it's not respected. Answer for you. In the waiting room where I was there was a sign with a QR which directed you to a page where you could enter your evaluation of the visit. If this is not the place to post said opinion, I understand that it is the problem of the person or company that puts the QR on my wall. I'm sorry for criticizing you, but it's not clear. Fatal. For a simple intervention, they make you come early and then make you wait an hour in the room. And who pays for the parking? The doctors who have arrived later because they feel like it? A shame even in private.

I've been trying to write this for days now, but for the first time I couldn't find the perfect words to thank my partner and I for the support we've had in this process. It goes without saying that when you start a process of these characteristics inside you know that the situation is complicated and it is important to be aware and have a guide by your side who understands and accompanies you. Excellent treatment. Unbeatable team. I have known the center for quite some time and I have had to go in different phases and in all of them I have felt very cared for and understood. Doctor Elena Prada offers immediate treatment and answers all questions. Clinic not recommended at all, we have gone through 2 inseminations without any success, then 3 transfers with my partner's eggs did not give a positive result either, and on the next visit they already put the papers on the table for egg donation without having talked about us going. to do it, they tell you a price for egg donation and then we found out that there was another budget for mini-egg donation, but well if it doesn't work out it's more money they take from you, well after all this we agreed to continue with the mini-egg donation treatment, they tell you what it is from a young girl and that they do it fresh, well a month later they call us and tell us that they have the candidate but that they have to be vitrified eggs when you pay to do it fresh which is another price, all this like the couple He was taking medication so we continued and got 2 good quality embryos, we did the first transfer with positive but low beta, at 6 weeks biochemical abortion, after a while we tried with the second embryo that also had good quality and we got the second positive with good beta but at 8 weeks we had an abortion again, after all this we went to another center to inform us that we had to do a sperm fragmentation test before starting any treatment which they did not do, we feel that they have used us to get our money because the more failed attempts the better for them, well it's just to inform other people that it is very hard to go through all this.... After all the NIGHTMARE I went through with these incompetents, the story is not over yet... now I want to decide about the embryos that I have frozen with them, which I HAVE PAID FOR and to this day I continue to pay for the maintenance and they only give me problems... I already I am informing legally, because they pull the laws out of their sleeves to obviously make a profit at your expense... and the letter of complaint will arrive shortly, I also encourage all of you who have had something similar happen to you, who from what I read are enough, that you also present a letter of complaint, because by remaining silent we are not going to achieve anything, and you can contact me because I want to file a class action lawsuit, on the Telegram account @estafadaporcirh, because they do nothing but play with us and with our illusions and they cannot get away with it…. If you can, DO NOT go to this clinic! If you are already in treatment! Luck….. We paid for a treatment with donor eggs, more than €7,000 a joke…. The budget shows everything you pay for being a donor and supposedly “fresh”, at the last minute they tell us that there is no donor available and that they will give us frozen eggs, a treatment which in any other clinic costs €2,000 less…. They don't inform us of anything, they don't give us room to decide... despite not being happy, I got the transfer because I had been taking medication for a month (€200 invested separately...), I get pregnant and at 7 weeks I have to abort because the embryo does not evolves... his opinion is that it was of very good quality. Very good seen what has been seen. Who knows how long that had been frozen! I claim and they tell me that I have paid for frozen eggs… where does it say that? Nowhere… but they take it out of their sleeve…. And since there is someone else to wear it for me, paying... obviously... I don't want to go through the same thing again. I'll inform you well about everything because they only give half the information and I'm not the first one that happens! I don't even think it will be the last... so a thousand eyes on what you pay because I paid for something I NEVER received. I love the answer. Several options? Yes, calling on a Friday at two in the afternoon saying there is no donor… while I'm eating with my family…. I also have the emails with my doctor and if the calls are recorded it would be better, saying that I don't agree but that you don't leave me any other option. We came from another clinic where they made us feel financially scammed. But at CIRH, Dr. María Prat was very close and very clear with the proposal and the budget. So today we can only be grateful, everything worked out the first time and our little girl is now 7 months old. 🤗 …

I would like to say that the path was quick and easy but it is not like that...you have to be aware that when a couple enters into an In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) program, there are going to be hard moments, both on a physical level (mild discomfort while you stimulate yourself, post-puncture pain...) and on a psychological level (it is very important to be clear with your partner about what you want to achieve and to be very united from the beginning because at times it can be exhausting not to get pregnant). But I want my message to be one of hope and encouragement because I have been (We have been) in the situation that you find yourself in and it is worth everything from the moment you know that you are pregnant with the result of the beta, to listening to your beat and see it in every echo until you feel it inside you. The moment they put your baby on you as soon as it is born is wonderful, an inexplicable feeling!!! Thanks to the entire CIRH team we managed to achieve the dream of being parents after 3 abortions and having to remove both tubes... I want to especially mention Manuela at the reception for her love and understanding whenever we went there, and Dr. Paula Fabra that was why we managed to extract 9 eggs (at 39 years old), to the team of embryologists who managed to ensure that of those 9 eggs, 5 reached blasto...but above all, thanks to Dr. Maite Castro who in a telephone conversation (in the middle of the pandemic) after having had an abortion and referring my case to the CIRH medical council to study it in depth, she told me while I could hardly speak because I was crying: -Esther, listen to me! Let's get it!!! (I will always remember that phrase Maite, thank you for making me believe that it was possible) And just as Maite told us, we made it on the next attempt (although I thought many times that we wouldn't make it) and our little one is already 2 years old!! There is only gratitude for this clinic and especially for Dr. López. We came from another fertility clinic, with two complete negative treatments and the last proposal they gave me was an egg donation. Not satisfied with this, we looked for alternatives in other clinics and the great luck was to meet Dr. López. She was very clear about our possibilities when explaining our situation, yet the treatment she gave us inspired confidence in us and we bet on her. For me it has been the best decision we have made. Dr Borras achieved our dream in the first transfer and now I am 30 weeks. Although it would not have been like that; His treatment was always 10. I went to this center several years ago to vitrify eggs. The process was handled by Dr. Brassesco, it went well and a year ago I returned to use them to search for our second child. The devitrification of the eggs went well, we had several embryos and we achieved pregnancy in the first transfer. Now we have a beautiful child who has come to complete our family and for whom we will be eternally grateful. We have a few embryos left so, who knows, maybe we'll see each other again. Many thanks to Dr. Lattes who always handled our case with great empathy and answered our endless questions, and to Dr. Maqueda who transferred us. Our worst experience in the long process we have gone through, and the worst choice we could have made. It was almost difficult for us to stop fighting for our dream, which luckily we did not give up and a few months later we found another clinic. Don't be fooled by the good words they will tell you at the beginning, and how beautifully they will paint everything for you. They will correct themselves as they go, even denying what they say one day the next day. We reached a sad point where I had to record the visits to be able to demonstrate what we had been previously told, as is. Surely for a really easy process it is not a bad choice because it is a cheap clinic (in every sense), but when things go out of their script they do not know where to go and you have to come as a patient to guide them through it. What did you read. But it was our fault for not informing ourselves well beforehand and consulting the public numbers and reports on independent pages where you will see that they have nothing to do with what they advertise on their website, it's a shame we discovered it too late. I advise you to compare numbers on those pages between clinics, that does not fail. Finally, I cannot say goodbye without talking about the very unfortunate treatment of MOST (there were a couple of exceptions that were the complete opposite) of the management team. Even going so far as to talk badly to us and disrespect us, also at times when psychologically we couldn't be worse. I recommend that you print all the invoices and always carry them with you, do not trust when they tell you that they send them to you by email, because if you do not have them on hand they will try to charge you the same amount several times. It was the refrain of every visit, something that gets very tiring day after day. Especially the older lady with short white hair, who according to herself was the head of administration, and who couldn't be more arrogant and unempathetic, luckily I don't even remember her name. Also another thing, check the budget and all the fine print carefully, because the only thing that counts is what is written and signed there, and ask that they give you information on the entire process in advance, because they will only give you part of the budget and then they will add things as you go (which also means it is no longer so cheap). And let's not talk about the laboratory, a place where it is a true miracle that an embryo survives thawing, and where the rates of 95-98% survival after thawing are not even noticeable, in our case they did not even reach 50. That yes, they turned the blame on us. In short, I wouldn't even recommend my worst enemy to stop by here. They will only try to take balls out when they make a mistake. In another clinic everything was perfect the first time, and without doing (outwardly) any different treatment, just doing things right. Think very carefully before deciding on this center, they can leave you marked and not in a good way.... (Show more)

It depends a lot on which doctor treats you. I totally recommend Dr. Prada: very professional, involved, competent, approachable. For her, 5 stars and all our thanks. But I want to talk about 2 other doctors who are better to stay away from: Dr. Gómez and Dr. Borràs. These 2 don't deserve 0 stars; They are lucky that we have not filed a complaint. The doctor. Gómez was our guard and what he did can be summed up in 2 words: obstetric violence. He blamed me for not being relaxed without being minimally involved in helping me achieve it (on the contrary, putting pressure on me); He did the procedure clumsily and it hurt me a lot, but despite me screaming in pain begging him to stop, he only stopped when my partner (man) asked him to (this has been illegal in Spain since 2002). He stated that "this doesn't hurt," invalidating my experience, and after trying to talk calmly with him, he got cocky: "I've been doing this for 20 years," blaming me. Unfortunately, 1 in 3 women in Spain have been victims of some type of sexual violence. I say that any gynecology professional should have delicacy, if not for humanity, then for statistics and professionalism. The dr. Borràs was the one they initially assigned me and it went fairly well but they made a mistake by giving me too much estrogen despite my warnings and misgivings, based on my specific medical history. The result: I now have a chronic, disabling illness, made worse by that medication that she insisted on giving me in such high doses (chronic = I will have it for the rest of my life). A professional who prescribes estrogen should know the symptoms and clinical markers of estrogen-dependent diseases... But, in my case, not only did she not take my estradiol levels into account, she did not even make a simple calculation based on my weight. . Chapter IV of Law 41/2022 prescribes informed consent, but for that the first ones who should be informed are professionals. On the website it says that they are up to date and empathetic... yes, some professionals, yes. Others, clearly, do not. Special mention to the nursing and patient care team, very nice, and to the specialized psychology service, very useful. The girls in the laboratory, also super attentive and friendly.... Great experience from the first consultation to embryo transfer! I have done IVF in Canada before and the results here at Cirh were so much better, they have an amazing lab and embryologists...I am now 20 weeks pregnant from the first embryo transfer.

I want to thank Dr. Maite Castro, for guiding us, giving us good advice, solving all doubts, a good diagnosis, and fantastic treatment. All I can say about the doctor and her team is to be short. I also want to thank Dr. Prades, her treatment was excellent and what can I say about the great news she gave us. Thank Felipe for the advice and good decision he helped us make. The whole team at the clinic is fantastic, we are very grateful. Currently, I am 14 weeks pregnant, we know we are expecting a boy and he comes with a lot of desire to live. We have no words to thank this clinic for all their care and we don't just say it because we are in our 12th week of pregnancy. All of us who seek help from a fertility clinic to achieve our dreams know that it is not an easy task, they all offer us very good success rates, but a big difference that we have found in this clinic is the fact of feeling accompanied and with wonderful treatment.
