I have no complaints from the people who work there, they are friendly and professional and the clinic is modern and everything is clean....but the truth is that the experience ended up being overwhelming due to so many procedures, you arrive you wait in line to be admitted , you go to the waiting room, you wait again to be seen (up to now normal), you leave the consultation, you queue again at the counter, they serve you and refer you to another consultation where you wait again to be given and the budget and if you agree, you return to the counter, stand in line and pay in advance (something that also surprised me) and they give you your new appointment, and there you can leave overwhelmed.... GO TO ANOTHER CLINIC! I made an appointment for a dental cleaning that is covered by Santa Lucía insurance and they told me that I must first make an appointment and be evaluated by their staff, and then proceed with said cleaning, so we scheduled that appointment. I show up and when they are taking me to the consultation, the girl who was with me is already telling me that they should do an x-ray to check the condition of my mouth, which will cost me €13, to which I respond that I am there because I They require you to attend a prior consultation to be able to carry out the cleaning at a second appointment, and regardless of the assessment, I am not interested right now. The assessment finished and for two small cavities and a possible reconstruction of a piece they gave me a budget of €313 and I went to have a free cleaning that includes my insurance, which I paid. I return and insist that I will see if I have such a treatment, but that now I was only interested in the cleaning, to which they reply that there are no appointments for cleaning and that the agenda for March is full. Then I invite her to give me a date in April or May, to which she answers that she cannot do so since appointments open in the middle of each month and without specifying specific days to be able to designate a day. Luckily, from my point of view and having recently visited my regular dentist, my mouth was perfect and they didn't try to bandage anything, which doesn't mean that what happened can be improved. If my mouth ends up in bad condition, I have to put up collateral for my home. Please! Some real pirates who will never see a penny out of my pocket, I will tell my experience to everyone I can, but the most that bothered me is that they made me waste my time and treated the client like an idiot. Bankruptcy for this type of companies. They already have what they wanted, not to occupy a space with a client who was not going to leave more money than the insurance could pay for that cleaning.... I went at the beginning of the year because the insurance covered me for cleaning. I had never had a single problem with my mouth. They look at me and give me a quote for many things (mysteriously, most of them were not covered by insurance). I decide to start treating myself. If you make an appointment for something that you have to pay for, they give you it right away, if it's something that insurance covers, they don't have appointments😁. I have 2 fillings and an extraction done in the first appointment (payment in advance). Well, I've been barely able to eat for 1 month, I'm constantly in pain and now I'm constantly making excuses, what if there are no appointments, what if the insurance... Of course I have changed dentists. Since it won't let me respond or add another review, I tell them that writing us an email sounds nice, but it was what I did a week ago and they never responded to my email. That's why I wrote here. I go to this center to have my teeth cleaned, and when I get to the reception I tell them that I do not have the physical card, they tell me that Adeslas is the only card that the patient has to bring, I tell them that I have it digitally and Again, it is not possible, I make the consultation with Adeslas and they tell me that it is not like that, without any other option I lose my appointment after almost a month waiting, already the previous time with the review they saw me 38 minutes after my time, Seeing the reviews, it is not surprising that they have such bad opinions, I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.... Yes, it is true about waiting. If you don't want to wait hours and hours, don't go to this place for long treatments. I have been there for 5 years and if you put all the hours together, they still equal days. I remember the last time, after 50 minutes the advisor called me. It was 11:20 in the morning and I had an appointment at 10:30. The woman had 5 patients, scheduled from 10 to 10:30 (she confirmed it to me). His despotic and curt attitude at all times did not help, but rather made the situation much worse. I changed my advisor and filed a complaint, so you now know who it is. 2 years ago I paid 7,000 euros with a fixed budget and when they finished, they told me that they did not charge me 80 euros, I looked at the budget and it was already paid, I found it embarrassing. Above it says that it will not be pending, I showed it in consumption and the complaint is filed.
I make an appointment for a free cleaning from my insurance and I leave the consultation without the cleaning and with a budget that I had not gone for that. First of all, they have to clean a piece that I have with a crown, I do have several bites, if not I know more because I didn't even listen anymore because I was so outraged. I'm going for a cleaning and they wanted to get God's help from me. In the end I went to a different clinic and paid the 50e for the cleaning and nothing else. You go here for your free cleaning and you leave without having had anything done. You have to pay in advance for the treatment. If you get a filling, you have to pay in advance. I took my mother to get a cleaning done. The treatment from the hygienist (Cory) was spectacular. I have never felt so safe. Very good professional, attentive at all times and very patient. Out of 10 the attention of her and the receptionist. Without a doubt, I will repeat.
If you are afraid of removing your wisdom teeth like me, make an appointment with Dr. George, his distraction techniques, speed and professionalism have left me delighted! Many thanks to all the clinic staff in general who have treated me so kindly for years!

Very bad experience. Know-it-all staff who are only interested in getting all the data. For a quote they ask you €35 and don't tell you beforehand. They are not punctual. At 10 there were 4 of us waiting for them to open. I had specified that my minutes were numbered but they opened at 10.30. The shop window lists removable prostheses among the services but they don't make them!... (Show more)
Total disappointment!!! A lot of "luxury", a lot of staff, but it turns out that disorganization and chaos take over that clinic. I hope and pray that what happened to me does not happen to you. I am recommended by a friend, and the treatment is orthodontics for my son. They give me an appointment, let's go, and the orthodontist sees my son. He explains to me what needs to be done and they immediately send me to the "advisor" to give me a quote. Her name is Ana and she explains to me how the economic issue works in that clinic. He gives me a budget of €2,975... but IT TURNS OUT, THAT EVEN TO DO THE STUDY, THE MONEY HAS TO BE PAID 100x100 and of course, before March 21. I, since I am a person of my word and SERIOUS, I make sure that they have the money before March 21, since that day my son has his studio. What is my surprise, that that day arrives (my sister accompanies him because I can't go) and it turns out that the study is not complete. They do 1 x-ray (because the machine stops working... it can happen), they clean it, 3 or 4 photos and that's it! My sister is very surprised because they do not make molds for the study, and according to the advisor, Ana, it is no longer necessary to do so for the study... The molds can be removed the same day that the orthodontics is placed. .Ehhh? This is how my sister stays and I stay, since we have had orthodontics very, very recently. BUT THE BEST THING IS THAT THEY, WITH €3,000 OF OURS, DON'T GIVE MY SON AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE ORTHODONTIST UNTIL MAY 10!!! I don't usually like dental clinics very much and even less if it is orthodontics but this clinic seems very reliable to me after several years with the treatment and they have excellent customer service lately Aroa has been assisting me, my apologies if it is more written the name since I wrote it as I heard it and she is a fantastic and super kind girl, thank you very much.... You make an appointment for a free cleaning that belongs to you with the insurance, they give it to you within more than 1 month, You go, you have to wait a long time, they don't do it, because they say that you have a periodontal problem and that you need a Curettage and which costs €240. You will never see us in that clinic again. I add: They answer me here, but when I asked the clinic why they don't want to do my free cleaning, they didn't even have an answer. Only - YOU DO NOT NEED NORMAL CLEANING! HE HAS VERY BIG PROBLEMS IN HIS MOUTH!!! But yes, they call you a month later to find out how the treatment at the clinic has been. To clarify, I get cleanings done every year at my trusted clinic. I only have 2 fillings in my mouth, I have no cavities, no periodontal disease, no periodontal pockets!!! My dentist retired this year and I wanted to take advantage of my insurance offer at another Clinic. I called for a FREE CLEANING WITH MY INSURANCE. You knew it. At no time did they tell me that the review first and nothing else. Also 1 month - ONE MONTH - for the REVIEW appointment??? What do you do with a patient in pain? Do they serve it every year??? The day I arrive, they let me wait a long time without explaining it to me. And they don't want to do the free cleaning, neither on the first appointment, nor on the following ones. Only if I pay for a CURETTING for €240!!! You want to get paid YES OR YES. To further clarify - I have gone to another place here in Vecindario, they DO NOT work with insurance and they gave me a NORMAL cleaning for €60. Even on the first date!!! Review, cleaning and Orthopanto in the same FIRST appointment! How odd!!! In places that work WITHOUT INSURANCE, I DO NOT NEED to have a CURETATION??? They also did an Orthopantomum and I have NO need for unnecessary work. And all this for €60 (SIXTY EUROS) I have a friend, who is a dentist in the peninsula. He has looked at the Orthopanto and he tells me the same thing - that I DON'T NEED ANYTHING SPECIAL! It turns out that YOU want to charge YES or YES to customers!
