I cannot say enough good things about what a terrific experience traveling to puerto Vallarta to see Dr Hernandez. Prior to our arrival all our communication with International Dental Center was clear and thorough with no language barrier at all. Upon arrival we were immediately impressed by the clinic and the rest of the staff. Dr Hernandez put our mind at ease by making clear that the procedures that needed to be completed were well within his scope. The clinic also is set up in a way that you do not feel isolated in a windowless room that further made our daughter more comfortable and confident. The excellent communication and timely responses continued during and post procedure. We are so grateful and relieved to have found a trustworthy, talented and genuinely kind dentist. My situation was very complex when I saw Dr. Hernandez. He was very thorough in his diagnose and explained everything fully what needed to be done. He told me it would be a process and it was. He was very caring during the process checking via texts to see how I was doing. I would highly recommend him especially for major dental work. I wish I could take him back home to Canada .... Dr Hernnandez is a kind and gentle soul , I spent the better part of 5 weeks with him having some major work done and he is brilliant !! He goes above and beyond for his patients (Including a Friday night appointment and he made an after hours trip an hour away on my last night there to see me , to make sure everything was perfect before I left) !! His place is clean and his staff is amazing !!! He makes you feel important (taking the time to go over everything with you and making sure you understand the treatment and best course of action) I will be going back in the future and highly recommend him, his work and his office !! Dr Yoalli is an amazing dentist. She truly saved the day for me after I suffered a freak accident and fractured 5 teeth a day before my wedding. Absolutely Superb. So much MORE than expected. I was hit by a car whilst riding a bike in San Francisco 17 yrs ago; my left leg & foot were broken and within seven months 4 molars sheared out due to the shock impact of the fall ... other teeth were affected too. $30K and years later these dental works needed redress. SFBay area friends (many) had seen Dr. Alberto Hernandez in Puerta Vallarta in past decade and highly recommended his services and the co$t SAVINGS. omGoodness ... I am so glad I went. I have all new veneers and 2 implants and shall be back for crowns in 4-5 months to stay at the fab Rivera del Rio Hotel, 10-minute walk to Int'nl Dental Center by the sea. Very competent, professional, and friendly doctor. I had two dental implants made recently and they are performing fine so far.

Backing up the comments about kindness & professionalism. Dr. H. shows genuine interest in his patients. English is excellent. As noted, he specializes in “vacation treatment” especially for Canadians. My teeth were stained so I went in for a teeth whitening consultation with Dr. Alberto Hernandez. He took a look at my teeth and said my teeth are stained and that whitening won’t help in my situation. He recommended removing the stain first and if I am not happy with the color, I can then go back for the whitening. I opted for the stain removal and I am very happy with the result.
