Intermed Center

Pros: clean clinic, no queues, pleasant staff at the reception; The doctor my mother went to is beyond praise. But unfortunately, the first impression of the clinic was spoiled on the way. Near the clinic, we (me and my mother) were almost hit by a car - we managed to jump away at the very last moment. As it later turned out, the driver was an employee of this institution - anesthesiologist Olga Georgievna Stepanova. They tried to report the employee’s sociopathic tendencies to the chief physician, Bogdanovich Bratislav Dragoljubovic. This representative of the clinic’s management refused to delve into the situation, sent him to the traffic police and stated that he had an appointment (while in front of the door of his office there was a pristinely clean corridor). I understand that it is not within his competence to be responsible for the actions of an employee on the road. However, such a response was expected from a specialized rather than a chief physician. This is the first time I have met a chief physician with such an indifferent approach to the inappropriate behavior of employees... Why the presence of an employee with such an attitude towards others does not bother management, and why an anesthesiologist with such hatred for people works in the healthcare sector remains a mystery to me. But it seems that for the management of the Intermedcenter clinic (represented by the chief physician) this is the norm...... (Show more)

Wonderful doctor Ekaterina Sergeevna Bogdanova! My daughter Diana had surgery on June 13, 2023. for the removal of adenoids. Before this, 8 years ago, her brother Daniil underwent the same operation. Chronic tonsillitis bothered me for 15 years, plugs constantly accumulated in the tonsils, they swollen, there was bad breath, the body was intoxicated all the time, I had to frequently wash and treat. I had laser coagulation of my tonsils done by ENT doctor Ekaterina Sergeevna Bogdanova. The procedure took place in 2 stages with a difference of 2 weeks. When we are so many kilometers away from our home and we have a health problem, finding an institution with the warmth and professionalism of the Intermed Center is something that leaves us with good memories. Many thanks to Irina Ostyukova for her excellent attention!

Really nice personnel and personal attention. Prices however sting.
