My husband Frank struggled with back, neck and shoulder pain for a long time. I could only walk short distances and had to sit down again and again. Several doctors, orthopedists said "What's broken is broken". Lots of injections that didn't do anything. Even a hospital stay, it didn't help. Then I became aware of this practice through a recommendation and was totally thrilled. After a few appointments, my husband was finally able to walk longer again and feels significantly better. I think the doctor, Kenneth, on a first-name basis, is great. And incredibly competent, very friendly and funny. The whole team is great. And the treatment times are mega. Kenneth is the reason I keep traveling from Prague to Cologne twice a year to get treatment by this extraordinary doctor and personality. He basically helped me get back to walking: prior to seeing him, I couldn't have walked farther than a hundred meters without debilitating pain. Kenneth realigned my spine within a couple of minute after five (!) specialists in Czechia, Holland, and Belgium failed to identify and fix my problem. On August 23, my teenage son was diagnosed with 46 degree scoliosis. The orthopedic surgeon recommended immediate surgery to stiffen the spine. This horror idea made us look for alternatives. He has been taped weekly at Intellispine since September. The X-ray check in December showed that the scoliosis had improved by 11 degrees! The orthopedic surgeon was very surprised, but was not interested in knowing what we did. Dr. Chillson is an absolute life saver. My wife and I were visiting Munich, Amsterdam and Cologne. I started experiencing debilitating lower back pain while in Amsterdam. Thankfully, the following day we were traveling to Cologne. On the train ride from Amsterdam my wife reached out to several chiropractors. No one had availability with the exception of Dr. Chillson. By the time we arrived in Cologne on a Wednesday at 5 pm, I could barely walk. We went straight to Dr. Chillson's office. He gave me an exam and an alignment and I was immediately able to walk normally again. I went for a follow up appointment on Thursday morning only because I still felt a little wobbly. Dr. Chillson straightened me up again. Now it's Saturday and I am walking perfectly normal again. All thanks to Dr. Chillson. We can't thank Dr. Chillson enough, he is very kind and accommodating. I don't even know where to start :-) I'm just so excited and happy that I visited this practice. I got a short-term appointment, received a very detailed explanation and anamnesis, a thorough examination and efficient treatment that helps me and that I will continue to pursue. I feel understood there, they took a lot of time for me. Kenneth is incredibly competent, personable and, above all, empathetic! Any orthopedist can get involved! I can only agree with the previous speakers. Getting to know each other, anamnesis + first treatment in one day. In total I was there for 3 hours the first time. I am very stunned! These people really take their time and analyze everything chronologically. I am almost pain-free, with a pelvic tilt of 3cm, adhesions in the thoracic spine and a lot more. Our daughter has been treated for scoliosis in the practice for 1.5 years now. The treating orthopedist wanted to prescribe a corset for my daughter, unless this would have helped if an operation were to take place. I don't need to tell anyone what this does to a teenage child. Thank God we found Intellispine via the Internet and are now taking a different approach with the special system. We hope that we can keep the scoliosis at bay so that our daughter can cope well with it later on. The doctor Kenneth Chillson is a master in his field and enjoys our complete trust. The warm atmosphere, the personal approach “on a first-name basis” and the sensitive treatments speak for themselves and convinced us. My mother and my husband are now also going to him for treatment. Even in emergencies, he is always present and usually helps immediately. Where others no longer know what to do, he always has advice and help ready. It's a shame that there aren't more doctors here. He knows his trade, listens and hits the nail on the head... My husband could hardly walk, sit or stand because of the pain. After a treatment he left the practice whistling...that speaks for itself. Doc Chillson is just empathetic and always in a good mood. Everything went very well, and above all clean practice!

I am very satisfied, I was able to get immediate help with just one treatment. Weeks of pain and immobility in the lower back and recurring numbness in the right arm are completely gone. I got an appointment super quickly and the team was very nice. Sure, you have to pay yourself, but I think the price for freedom from pain and restored mobility is absolutely okay and I can recommend the practice.... (Show more)

I became aware of the practice through Google reviews! I had extreme neck tension, severe pain and couldn't turn my head. I got an appointment over the phone at short notice. Immediately after a single visit the pain was gone! The doctor really has magical hands. He was able to quickly fix the problem and the treatment was painless! He is very personable and friendly. My neurologist wanted to prescribe me migraine tablets for my migraine headaches and with Intellispine it was absolutely no longer necessary because I no longer have headaches and I no longer needed to have a rear view camera installed in the car because I can turn my head again!! ! :-) That saves!!! Best chiropractor from the Eifel to the Sauerland! Pain-free without an injection!

I am enthusiastic about his treatment method. It's hard to believe what can be achieved in 4 sessions. I feel very good! I can only recommend the doctor to you. The team is very friendly. I'm reluctant to give a bad review, but I was really annoyed here. This is not a review of the medical service, nor can I make one after a visit. On January 6th, 2023 I had an appointment with my daughter. Everyone was very nice. We had brought various preliminary findings and X-ray and MRI CDs with us. In the end, the practice wanted to keep the current MRI CD for further review. I agreed. Over the next two days, my daughter discussed the appointment with me and we came to the decision not to have any further treatment. I informed the practice of this by telephone on January 9, 2023 and asked them to send the MRI CD back to me in the mail. This was also promised to me. On January 22nd, 23 I sent another friendly reminder email. This was not answered. On February 4th, 2023 I called again and the lady on the phone answered my request: "Oh yes, right. We'll send it." End of the story. So far (02/19/23) I have not received the MRI CD back. Judging from the reply on the last phone call, my two requests had simply been ignored. I don't think I'll get the CD back any time soon either. Since other doctors will also need them in March, I will have to make sure I get a copy at the MRI clinic.
