Very poor manual cleaning. Beauticians without masks blowing unpleasant smells into your face. After cleaning, the mass of rocks was not removed. The beds were very uncomfortable/maybe that's what happened to me. Nevertheless, you leave the office broken. I do not recommend

I come to the Beauty92 Institute of Beauty from Katowice especially for Mrs. Agata for the "total facial cleansing" treatment. I always leave in a good mood and satisfied with the service. I recommend it especially to people struggling with skin problems, Mrs. Agata selects products (acids, masks and others) so that the client is satisfied with the service, the skin does not suffer and the treatment brings the intended effect. additionally, it tells you how to properly care for your skin so that the effect lasts as long as possible, explains what to avoid in products and food, explains what, apart from everyday hygiene, affects the condition of the skin. she also recommends cosmetics for everyday care - not necessarily top-shelf, she talks about what she has tested on herself. and! and always reminds us before cleansing that we should not go out in the sun after using acids and that our face will be irritated for a few days after the treatment. so you always know what you're signing up for :) I recommend it with all my heart!... I DO NOT RECOMMEND! The quality of the hybrid was terrible, the nails cracked after a few days, and the quality of the cuticle finish was DRAMA. Nails made by Mrs. Ola M. After complaining about the service, I was given the opportunity to download it for free or, as the ladies put it, make a new hybrid. After arriving for the scheduled collection, Mrs. Ola talked me into buying a new hybrid. and here there was a lack of communication - > I was convinced that it was a hybrid as compensation. I made a big mistake and was forced to pay for the service. After talking to the boss, I paid PLN 50. After the stress and embarrassment I experienced in the salon, I felt like taking off my nails right away - and they came off after a week anyway! :About Ms. Ola, I recommend repeating the nail-doing course and investing in INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION training. I honestly advise against it. EDIT to answer: 1. I went to complain about my nails IN PERSON and no one told me that there is a 7-day deadline for complaints. then the matter would be simple - I was simply dissatisfied with my nails and the topic was closed. 2. would we look for a compromise? We discussed the situation for 15 minutes. Ladies, you were making me look like a "swindler" for this hybrid, I was fed up with it and wanted to end it as soon as possible - which I also consider a lack of professionalism on the part of the boss that she didn't end the situation faster... 3. my nails started peeling off after a few days, so it was hard for me to say anything in the salon... and I certainly wouldn't file another complaint, because I promised myself that I would never come to this salon again and I would discourage every friend of mine from going there.... On Thursday afternoon, I received information that my appointment for the following Saturday had been canceled. It was supposed to be special occasion makeup for an important ceremony, but I was left in the lurch 2 days earlier. Finding an appointment with someone for one of the most popular dates this year is bordering on a miracle (if it is even possible).
