I had surgery in November 2022, I went to this Dr because I had surgery with him 15 years ago and I was happy on the day. So I wanted to go to him to have him evaluate me, he suggested doing a breast lift/reduction since I had to change the prostheses. I told him that I came only to change prostheses but I valued his option. Since I was there and after becoming a mother, I took the opportunity to let him see my abdomen and flanks and he previously told me to do an abdominoplasty which I rejected. We decided to do liposuction in that area and he told me that on the day of the intervention he would put me face down to perform the procedure. part from the flanks and then face up to make the abdomen and end with the chest. On the day of the operation everything was correct, the images they took looked good, the Dr told me that the chest had to lower/fall to cover the scar of the groove... and that's how I took it, despite the unforeseen and treatment in the post-anesthesia/surgery room, which I already spoke about with the person in charge of the hospital. Result; I'm not happy. On the chest, the day the stitches were removed, the wound opened. I reported this, which has led to horrible scars. On the right chest, since day 1, the scar has not been below the breast as I was told. Today it remains the same, it cuts the shape of the chest. I have attended all the check-ups that have been told to me, the Dr tells me that it cannot be retouched until a year, I asked if this entails paying again, his response was that Dr Serra would inform me at the time. He commented that indeed the right breast seemed to have moved and that that was why the scar did not remain where it touched. I was happy with the liposuction of the abdomen but I reported that they sold me treatment for the parts of the ports and they were not done, only the abdomen was done, their response was that from the navel with a 50 cannula it was turned to the side and they were done. You can clearly see 2 lumps of fat in that area that were not treated and he told me that the area could always be tightened more. I have worn the comprehensive belt for 3 months to obtain greater results but the lower back area was clearly not treated. He told me to lose 5 kilos of weight for the next visit (what a solution). I didn't go to go on a diet, especially when my endocrinologist and nutritionist advised me against it. The fact is that I want to record this, after paying almost €12,000 since I preferred my sagging breast 5 months ago to a shapeless breast, square and not round as I requested and that is why I was given round prostheses in said operation. and with horrible scars that are not left behind the groove, but 3 fingers above it. I will continue going to the reviews waiting for a solution, I hope they give it to me, since clearly something has happened and it has not turned out well. I had rhinoplasty years ago with Dr. Serra. It didn't fit me well. I wouldn't recommend it. In fact, I can see that it was not straight and the tip continues to go down, something that I insisted I wanted to correct. When I went to the subsequent check-ups and commented on it, the answer was that a nose was not the way I wanted for my face. I contacted them some time later about the same thing and they didn't pay any attention to me. She would need another intervention to make her well. A GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT AND A SCAM IN CAPITAL LETTERS. I went to the great dr. Serra to change the prosthesis that he had given me 13 years ago and I can only say that it has been DISAPPOINTING. The first operation 13 years ago was a marvel but the second (July 27 of this year, 2023) leaves much to be desired for the great eminence. The result was so disappointing that I even thought that he had not operated on me. One chest hanging down and the other almost on the neck, totally asymmetrical. l The prostheses that I had insistently requested were submuscular so that the rippling would not be noticeable (I have a low percentage of fat) I could feel them with my hand and they could be seen, they were once again above the muscle. One of the scars in my armpit was so badly stitched that I am still having treatment today to see if it improves, my armpit looks like a bat's wing. THE STRONGEST AND OUTRAGEOUS THING: THE LACK OF HUMILITY AND PROFESSIONALISM. The man still wanted to make me see that the job was well done, he told me that the prostheses were under the muscle when I was touching them with my hands, he told me that he was not worried about the armpit thing, that a little cut here, a little stitch on there, here we go up, here we go down and that's it. You pay for the operating room and the hospital again and everyone is happy. Hahahahahahahahaha… I laugh so as not to cry. What a shame!!! I won't go on much further. The worst experience of my life was the one I had in this clinic, specifically with Dr. Luisa Rincón, in whom I had the bad luck to place my trust to perform a vascular laser to remove some veins in my nose. It gave me five second-degree burns and I am telling my experience not because I want it resolved, it is already too late, but to help other people who are thinking of having laser surgery with this lady. My nose has 5 scars for life and I have consulted several dermatologists and they all raise their hands to their heads in amazement at the aesthetic damage. You can cause a spot burn, but 5? That's because we have no idea how to use said laser. It's a shame that people like her are allowed to use such delicate techniques. I give 1 star because if it were up to me, I wouldn't give any. If the operation goes well, ok, but otherwise you will find an arrogant doctor with very little empathy. I did abdominaplasty and breast augmentation and neither went well, I have the feeling that they put me like a guinea pig for the resident doctors who were with him, asymmetrical cuts, open internal stitches, dried blood inside the breast. I still feel like suing him even though he says he's untouchable. I hope the treasury fines him, because its price without VAT and with 2 thousand euros in black I don't think it's the only one, it would be my perfect revenge. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
