I have had to undergo shoulder rehabilitation and I have received very good treatment on a professional and personal level. Chema has helped me in every step of the rehabilitation and Marta has provided the framework of a good environment throughout it. Thank you so much !!!!!

Since December we have been waiting for a report from the psychiatrist who works at the center, according to the receptionist she only works on Mondays and of course after calls that are not answered and emails that are not answered I only had to show up at the reception, result null. 100% recommended I requested a session in podiatry and I can only say that the 5 stars fall short. A student, María, assisted me and her work was exceptional. The experience with physiotherapy was very good. They are a team of professionals who are dedicated to healing the patient, both physically and mentally. They are a great team, I recommend them, they are very good.

In the month of July/2022, my wife had acute dysphonia due to paralysis of the right recurrent nerve in the partial thyroid operation she underwent and the speech therapist who treated her (Laura, very good professional). After an arthroscopy for femoracetabular impingement I went to do rehabilitation. I couldn't have chosen better, very grateful to the entire team and above all and particularly to Tommy! He was by my side for more than 4 months, from almost starting to walk, until I ended up playing soccer again. Every time I play again I remember him, Thanks Tommy!!! Great professionalism of the Psychology service, with objective results from the beginning

It is impossible for them to pick up your phone. They give me an appointment for two-three weeks and I have been waiting for two months for them to call me. We are at a point where even private healthcare in Spain is sad.

The lady who works at the Physiotherapy counter to give appointments is the most unpleasant thing you can face, it seems like she is forced to work there or that she does it for free. Unfriendly and rude, she explains things to you as if you were an idiot (a reflection of herself, I suppose) and apparently she has a hard time scheduling an appointment and smiling at the same time. They should improve the treatment of the patient, of course it takes away the desire to go.... (Show more)

They have scheduled me at 5:30 p.m. for podiatry. They call me before and tell me to arrive at 5:15 p.m. and it's already 6:15 p.m. and no one has called me. I find the treatment and delay regrettable.

I write this as my strongest complaint and claim against their terrible or rather non-existent service. In April 2023, from the Traumatology service of the Vithas hospital, I was prescribed 50 back rehabilitation sessions. Until 05/30/23 at 4:45 p.m., no rehabilitation doctor treated me. On that date, they opened a file for me and agreed to contact me for the start of the sessions. More than 120 days have passed, no one has contacted me, and I am currently in the pain unit of the Quiron hospital in Pozuelo.... (Show more)

I have been visiting Mamen with my daughter for her Optometrist service for a year now. My daughter's progress has been spectacular. To date we have met all our objectives and my daughter has the love and affection of a great professional.

Our experience with Gloria Flores, the children's physiotherapist, has been impeccable. Thanks to his work our son walks, runs and lives a functionally normal life; and thanks to your advice, recommendations and global approach to the process, we as parents have experienced the situation in a much more bearable way. Professionals like this are very necessary in difficult and uncertain times, even more so when the patient is pediatric and requires greater specialization as a result.
