Found her to have a personal touch in dealing with patients, flexible & gentle in handling cases, a pleasing countenance, effective / prompt solutions to dental issues and yes, reasonable charges. i have no reason to change my dentist/clinic, if this is how my dental care is always handled.... After a disastrous experience with another dentist a few years back in getting dentures made for my 81 year old mother, we were looking for a dentist who's not only very good at her/his art technically but also someone very empathetic to the needs and expectations of senior citizens. Dr. Arati was referred by one of our friends and we approached her with a lot of skepticism. However, right from the very first interaction, we knew that we had come to the right place. Dr. Arati & her husband Dr. Shambhu made us (esp my mother) very comfortable with their friendly nature and also by explaining us all the options and also their recommendations sincerely. Starting from there, throughout the procedure including extraction, measurements, trials and finer adjustments, she ensured that my mother was very comfortable. Dr. Arati was available on phone anytime for our queries & very flexible with the schedules too.
