This place is great! I was traveling from the USA and a filling came out of my tooth. I freaked out and started looking online for a dentist. I saw this clinic had some good reviews from other tourists. I stopped by and they were fantastic. The office staff was friendly and professional and spoke English very well. I was able to see a kind dentist later that day for an evaluation and it was arranged for me to come back later in the week for the filling. The dentist who then did the filling was so sweet and he really took the time to explain why this might of happened. They were considerate of my pain. The office is very clean. I had the best experience here. I would definitely recommend that anyone who needs dental care in Florence come here. While on a trip to Florence I had an accident and broke some teeth. I was able to get an emergency appointment here for the next morning and within 24 hours of my accident had my teeth fixed. The people who work in this Dentist Office are absolutely wonderful! I was very shaken up after my accident and each member of staff I encountered was extremely kind and helped to put me at ease. I can't thank these people enough for treating me with such care and kindness through every stage of my two visits. Tourist from Canada. Major pain x a week. Assessment done as soon as I got to clinic. 70 Euros. Offered to do a root canal or treat with pain control and antibiotics, since I will see my dentist next week in Canada. Great , fast care, and spoke English and didn't try to push anything on me.

I did oral hygiene with Antonio Sarnataro. My teeth were stained and they are shiny again. Antonio was very scrupulous, professional and kind and has a truly delicate hand. Highly recommended

A dental practice of excellence, starting with the smile of the secretary Serena who welcomes you upon your arrival. I felt at ease with all the office and studio staff. Very good Elisa my hygienist and doctor Piccotti who attempted with great safety and professionalism the extraction of my last wisdom tooth in an infamous position. Unforgettable but I was happy to be in the hands of doctor Piccotti who among other things is also very nice and friendly. I didn't give 5 stars because there is a flaw in this study. So I have intentionally waited 6 months after my appointment to be able to tell confidently that the results are good. Actually, they are awesome. I was a tourist in Florence this year in May, and I had root canal work started as emergency in my country (nerve killed with the medicine), but not finished. It was supposed to be finished after, but due to the tooth ache decided to try my luck here. I was very nervous as this kind of treatment is not a simple procedure, but the doctor was empathetic and calmed me down. They are actually specializing here in root canal and have dental microscope, which makes treatment much easier and greatly reduces any risks. The job was done quick and well, and after the treatment they still cared about me and accepted for follow up appointment when I needed to check that everything was good due to some pain and anxiety about it. The communication with the dentist in English was very good, professional and quick. The price is fair for the quality. I can totally recommend to everyone who is in similar situation as me, here is really good place. Six months later my tooth is feeling very good and totally healed, which proves the quality of the treatment in a best way.... (Show more)
