Implant Center Maison

My mother had a dental implant procedure in 2019 at the time it cost an average of R$ 14,000.00, at least a year ago she started to feel uncomfortable in some areas where she went again to other places where they said she would have to remove all the implants that were made, new quotes with similar values. She returned to the Maison this year and they said she had a rejection or something like that where she would have to actually redo everything again, spending another amount in the region of R$ 5,946.00. I wonder if a company of this size can't carry out an assessment or study of the patient's mouth before wanting to complete an implant? Now, in addition to having to do everything again, there will be another cost. Is there no guarantee? Because we are talking about 14 thousand reais and not 100.00 reais. I think it's absurd that they want to charge for redoing, but so far it's ok. She submitted to pay, but they still did not accept her form of payment. I think it's absurd for a company of this size to charge a fee for a procedure and then charge again without at least helping the customer. I am completely dissatisfied with the company.
