They are kind and polite. The environment is demanding. Parking is not always easy, it's worth allowing for a quarter of an hour.

I had a very great experience with Dentium Implant Center. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, I even had my nerves calmed down. Unfortunately, I had the worst dental experience of my life there, even though I left them a fortune. They pulled out a perfectly healthy wisdom tooth so that it could be implanted next to it, and after 2 surgeries, a botched extraction, more radiation and an extra 4 visits later, they told me that yes, the area can't be implanted anyway. I had a very stressful six months with them, both physically and mentally. It's not that the amount was not refunded, but the doctor even told me to be happy that I don't have to pay an extra amount because of the unsuccessful intervention. A dentist should not undertake implants, only an oral surgeon. That's why you could and should sue.... (Show more)

I had a lip surgery there and the sample was supposed to be sent for hystology test, and it was agreed to be sent me by email, but after 3 months it was never done. By phone after multiple calls (where I was asked to wait for “5 minutes” and promised to be called back and was never called back though) I was told that I need to come to have a control examination which I didn’t have in the end. And I received a paper that looks like it is not original at all, so I don’t really believe that they did any testing, for which I paid extra 30k HUF. The whole situation was really weird.... There were few overall. I was there to have tartar removed, unfortunately it remained there in quite a few places, I might have run out of patience. Overall, they didn't do a bad job, my gums bled quite a bit, maybe it wasn't visible, but they could have been more thorough. Unfortunately, I have to pick up the rest again...... (Show more)

Yesterday I had tartar removal at Dr. Platai Blanka's. Well, his assistant and the doctor weren't nice. to say something like that. The doctor told me not to touch her number because her hand will hurt. I'm sorry, but no. I did it right away, if someone has a problem with the treatment, the treatment is self-inflicted.
