Good attention and attentive and incomparable service
We went to that hospital, because it said it had a gynecological and obstetrics EMERGENCY. Well no. They do not have it. No eco, no good service, zero empathy on the part of the staff. Zero recommendation, I will not return to that or any other IMED
Our friend was in the Imed Hospital twice for many days because of the same serious eye infection with intravenous antibiotics. It was only through our inquiries that he was finally seen by an ophthalmologist because he had severe eye problems. Now it turns out that an intervention has to be made that the insurance company has to approve again To date, Imed has not sent the request to the responsible insurance company for the request for approval for the operation!!!! I am a patient who was treated by the AFGE neurologist and after his misdiagnosis and treatment I have been left with lifelong consequences. I do not understand how after having notified patient care of my situation, they have not been able to assist me, which says little about the values that a medical center should have. Now they have diagnosed me that there is no longer a solution to the consequences I have and that I can be thankful to continue living, because what my doctor said was Bell's palsy, was really herpes zoster that led to meningitis. Now I will try to use toxin to find as much symmetry as possible to improve my paralysis... Today I visited a this clinic that initially impressed me with its modern and welcoming environment. However, my experience with the doctor I consulted left much to be desired. I had an appointment with Dr. Eugenia Margarita Campos Romero, an allergist, but was met with a disappointing level of care. The doctor's approach to my case was not only dismissive but also shockingly rude. When I attempted to explain my symptoms, the doctor's demeanor escalated almost to the point of shouting, completely disregarding my concerns. This level of unprofessionalism was unexpected and deeply distressing. Despite providing my medical history and previous test results from another clinic, the doctor barely reviewed them. There was no inquiry about the treatment I had undergone just two weeks prior, which included antibiotics. My concerns were dismissed with a suggestion to continue antihistamines, which I've been taking for over three months without a break. The doctor did not take a comprehensive medical history, nor did they show interest in my symptoms or any other relevant details. Instead, I was met with a very emotional response, hastily concluding that my problems were psychological, without any substantial examination or discussion. As a tourist in Spain, with a language barrier (I was accompanied by a translator), I couldn't help but feel that this might have influenced the doctor's demeanor, which was surprisingly rude and unprofessional....
