I went there for aqua peeling and botox. I was honestly super scared regarding some of the comments and I went to ask just for a consultation but at the reception they didn't speak English and didn't care, if you don't have your appointment and checking on the iPad at the entrance, no consideration. And I had better welcoming in other clinics. But they had fast appointments and better prices so I went there anyway no reassured. I'm the end, honestly, if it wasn't for the bad reception I would put 5stars. Everyone was nice then, at every floor, I had another consultation and we readjust my needs, every thing was on time, all the persons who took care of me spoke enough English for the need. It was clean, nice music. Not at all as I expected. I would recommended it to anyone, but just do your researches first, book online and readjust when you'll have the short consultation.... I made a reservation through Kakao Talk, and they were very kind to me at the time.Although I was a little late after arriving, the receptionist was smiling, and a Japanese person was in charge of my counseling. I was reassured that I was treated very politely. The treatment staff and all the doctors were very kind and I felt at ease during the treatment. I'm really thankful to you. Very efficient like a factory line. You can have a consultation before you do your treatment so you can ask for advice. Some doctor is good others are young and seems less experienced. It is indeed very cheap, only 300 yuan per second. But, it's really too fast. It's over in less than a song, and the effect is minimal. The picosecond one I made in Taiwan takes 6 minutes. It's super long. It's probably 3 times longer. The price is only 2 times that.

A friend and I decided to get filler here and it was amazing, consultation was great and quick and the doctor was really efficient and kind.

Just as we thought...those staff are very very unfriendly, if u are a foreigner, suggest you pick other clinic. :(

cheap! I received a peel and Botox lift, and the treatments are 1/3 the price in Japan. Although we have counseling staff who can speak Japanese, we are a clinic that accepts what customers want, rather than making suggestions. Therefore, it is not suitable for those who want to consult. Additionally, the nurses and doctors cannot speak Japanese, so there is no explanation during the procedure. There were people who could speak English. There's no explanation of what I'm being painted with now or what's next. I think it's safe to undergo a procedure that won't fail, as doctors have varying degrees of skill. Recommended for those who want to receive peeling or laser treatment at a low price.... It's really not that good Check the reservation keytalk response a few hours later. The surgical ability is also poor. The people at the information desk are really poor quality. There are so many side effects that phone connections are completely blocked. never go there

Due to dry air in Korea, it really made my skin worse. So I decided to try aqua peeling at Muse Clinic. After the treatment, I feel my skin is more hydrated and skin texture has improved. No more dryness. Before you come to Muse Clinic, you have to make appointment because the clinic is always crowded. The price is affordable and the front desk staff is friendly and can speak English. Great building and kind staff but I booked appointments for laser hair removal of my armpits and bikini (5 for each) and I still have no real results so I do not recommend going there if you're also searching for laser hair removal

Do not go here as a foreigner. Very unhelpful. Consultation was a joke and all they tried to do was push Botox on you. Consultation isn’t a consult. During my “consultation” her reply was we don’t tell you, you tell us which package you want. Ummm the definition of a consultation is “meeting with an expert or professional, such as a medical doctor, in order to seek advice.” No advice was given. Total complete joke. Very good value for money, especially the Korean botox. Staff is nice and friendly and the whole process is highly efficient. Only the lack of some consultation at the beginning was a bit disappointing. Highly recommended.

Super friendly staff, very efficient, very clean. The consultation was quickly done (and in English!) and they honestly told me that my chosen procedure would not show THAT much of an impact after only one round, wich they already stated online. Still, I broke out a little as they said I would after the laser(totally fine for me because again the website said so) but even if my acne scaring is only a tiny bit better, I myself see it and when I return I will do the recommended amount. Make an appointment for consultation via Kakao. Was informed that I need to make the appointment for the treatment type I wanted but can change after consultation. The clinic is super crowded when I arrived, I was informed that I have no appointment for consultation but only the treatment that I had booked. They managed to slot in a consultation. Very well spoken English translator. During consultation, I was informed that all treatment are fully booked so cannot add in extra. Took the hydro injection for face moisturising. Was then asked to go to level 3 for self face cleansing and proceed to level 5 for numbing cream. The numbing cream quality isn’t great as it was super painful of the injection. Doesn’t feel the numbing cream helps. Had done it in my own country and usually my face still feels numb after treatment but not here. Barely feel any effect of the numbing sensation. Bruises on a few spots on my face. They could have provided an ice pack so we may reduce the bruise. Overall it’s prices are affordable for treatment. I waited 2 weeks to give this review in case things changed. It hasn't. 2 stars for the great staff at the front counter and cleanliness and professional area. I ordered a facial, botox and laser hair removal. For the facial it was for dry skin I must have gotten from many airplane rides. They did something with a light. It didn't seem to work or do anything but ok For botox in the past I went to Thailand. The amount of care and procedure that went into it was impressive. It seems that in Korea he came in, asked where I wanted it. No questions at all. And it did nothing. No bad results but no good results....simply didn't work. It's been a year between treatments so it's strange. And with laser hair surgery. It's been a few months between treatments. I've had several before. I know the procedures in Canada and Thailand and in Korea it was super different. Very fast.....maybe 2 minutes for a full chest and stomach. Usually it was 20 to 30 minutes and consultation. It seemed so rushed and fast. Like a miracle. I thought....OK maybe it's a different laser in Korea and just different. However I got zero results. Nothing. The hair simply grew back immediately and didn't stop. Usually there is a period of a week or two of growth that stops. I feel these 3 treatments were a waste of money. The good news is that it was about 1/10th the price of Canada and even 1/2 the price of Thailand! However I guess u get what u pay for.... (Show more)

I came in with high expectations and received nothing but unkindness and rude service. I couldn’t check in with the check-in machines and had to approach the service counter where the employees ignored me when I tried to get their attention. When I spoke to one of the employees she interrupted me and said ’You need to wear a mask before you ask me a question’ and handed one over to me. Thought it was weird because I didn’t see the other customers she talked to wearing any masks but I took it anyway. When I told her my problem she told me the reservation hadn’t gone through but wasn’t helpful at all but kind of just shood me away for me to deal it by myself. She didnt even tell me they were fully booked for the day nor did she actually even check if my reservation had or hadn’t gone through, but made me feel like I was a nuisance.... (Show more)

I don't know where the hype comes from. First contact was via kakaotalk as a friend recommended me a contact person. The way the person was communicating was very straight forward and we made a reservation. When we arrived the hallway was packed with people and we waited 30min before we were able to have a consultation. As i have some acne scars on my forehead i wanted it to be removed with a laser treatment but the doctor (?) did not consider my concernes and recommended another more expensive treatment. I would also like to mention that the whole processes was not personalized at all. I felt like we went to a fabrique instead. Regardless, I still insisted on the laser therapy and i went upstairs. On the 2nd floor i washed my face myself and waited another 15min for my turn. When they called me i went to a room where the laser was and waited another 20min or so and during the whole time no one paid attention to me and no one informed me about the further process which left a weird feeling. It was super cold in the room and when the doctor arrived he just quickly put a mask to cover my eyes and proceeded with the laser. For someone who has never done anything like this i got very nervous because i didnt know what was happening to me. Later, i went to the third floor and around 4 different people attended to me and gave me a face mask etc. after that i went down to the second floor where i have left my belongings and realized that they havent even cleaned my whole face, there were still traces of the mask on my chin and neck. In conclusion, i do not recommend this place for anyone as the price is relatively high for a service that treats their customers like objects.... (Show more)

Front desk spoke English which was nice. They are very organized for being so busy. However, I got the aqua peel facial with nose extraction and wish I hadn’t. It didn’t make much of a difference and the girl didn’t even extract most of my blackheads on my nose. (Pretty diss appointed because that’s the main reason I wanted the facial.) I’m about a couple weeks after my treatment and my skin has started to break out. I have black spots I’ve never had before probably filing pores. Pretty relaxing treatment, but just wasn’t worth it to me.... (Show more)
