Impossible to get an appointment by phone. I get the impression that older people who need a regular check-up are treated like second-class citizens. I do not have to give my information online for a medical appointment.

My two appointments with the professional Dr. Domínguez Arroyo have been positive, he treated me with complete attention. It is true that he prescribed contraceptives without prior analysis, and getting an appointment is somewhat complicated, but in general my experience is favorable.

Terrible attention and communication. I've been coming 3 times and only the first time (which was when I had to pay) have they treated me quickly. Today I've been waiting for 2 hours and 29 minutes and they just tell me to wait. And to find out everything, I have to ask questions every moment, because they don't say or report anything. Bad experience, I had an appointment at 6:00 p.m., people arrived in the waiting room and passed before me. In the end, at 8:00 p.m., I left without seeing the doctor and without an apology.

I would not return, nor do I recommend it, there is a brutal lack of communication between them, every day someone different assists you and they do not know your case, we have done several processes with them and we have always noticed a bit of disorganization but the last time it was a real odyssey, disorder in time, tests, with medication, unpleasant answers, no tact whatsoever... and then they only know how to say I'm sorry, we don't know how it could have happened, and when you start to investigate you realize that it hasn't only happened with your case... We were not asking for miracles and we understand perfectly that things do not always go well but taking into account the importance of this type of treatment for patients, they are not professionals, they are not interested in the case, each doctor recommends one thing, They make bad decisions and instead of reacting and providing solutions, they screw up again... in short, it is a process that is quite expensive in every sense to provide that service, I do not recommend it....
