Good morning...I have always been afraid of the dentist.....but I must say that the staff and doctors at Identalia were all excellent and professional..even all the services they offered us..see you again in July..thank you everything..siettuttssupesuper
Unfortunately I am very disappointed with the clinic. Since I had a positive experience three years ago, I decided to go to the same clinic in Zagreb last year. Unfortunately, I was repeatedly sent home without being given a specific treatment plan, and I had to drive 1,600 km each time. Each time it was a different dentist who treated me and examined my teeth, and there were different opinions. Sometimes it was possible to place an implant for me, sometimes not. I didn't have enough bone in my upper jaw and building up bone was out of the question, for whatever reason... I still don't understand it. In the end I got a dental bridge that I was completely dissatisfied with. A few months later I went to another dentist for a second opinion. To my complete satisfaction, all the implants are firmly seated in the jaw; everything was possible with bone augmentation and a sinus lift. Unfortunately I can't recommend it!!!... (Show more)

I planned to get my teeth fixed in Identalia, but I gave up when I saw the dentists and nurses smoking cigarettes in the garage of the building. And in the corners where they work with patients. What is the level of hygiene and patient care? I turned on my heel and went to another polyclinic. I don't recommend it
Everything was done timely and with care and efficiency. Communication was pleasant and direct, not "forced". I also have a feeling that the atmosphere within the staff there is nice and good and it is reflected in service received (e.g. doctor from time to time make sure to say "please" when asking something his/her assistant which is so nice to hear - to say every time would be impossible) Policlinic interior design is very nice, well-lighted, and spacious. About 3 years ago, I went to Zagreb, Identalia clinic, to have my teeth treated: terrible experience. Teeth that are aesthetically beautiful, but have not been cared for properly. I had to return several times. Doctor Carlos, who was supposed to devitalize some teeth before operating, but not only did he not do it, he also made me suffer a lot because he gave me too little anesthesia, saying that otherwise he wouldn't have understood... I lived a nightmare. When I had to return for the second time to treat and devitalize 7 badly damaged teeth by this doctor, he disappeared and entrusted me to another with his first experience who also burned my lip, above and below. The clinic sent me to the pharmacy at my expense, dismissing me with an "excuse us". After getting angry, I asked for the head doctor and, magically, they provided me with the antibiotic to apply. In short, I asked for damages because I have to be treated in Italy, in Turin to be precise. The Generali Insurance of Croatia to which I had to turn, not only did not have me examined by a medical examiner, but did not believe that I had suffered any damage. I spent 10,000 euros with them. After various insistence and the expressed intention on my part to give a negative review, they paid me 2500 euros, telling me that it was only due to the pain in my burnt lip. I suffered a burn and I have a scar on my lips for life. I accepted because filing a lawsuit abroad is complicated. Now I find myself having to spend double in Italy. I attach photos of my lip, just burned, and how it looks now. Be careful when going abroad. Obviously I had to argue, fight, get angry, and suffer. I hope this experience can be useful to someone.... From the first arrival to the end of the treatment, I had the impression that I was the only and most important patient. I was most impressed by his dedication to work - all procedures were painless, everything was checked several times, there was never a rush, I was always informed about what, how and why the next step would be done, I could always ask for an explanation or advice. Top medical team! After treatment, the administrative staff helped me with overseas health insurance. I am writing this half a year after the end of the treatment, so not in those first moments when the impressions are the strongest, and I can only say that even after so much time, the positive impressions do not subside....
