Lack of seriousness and poorly organised... they demand the money immediately and then postpone the appointments... sorry but I don't recommend them to my acquaintances.

I advise against it. I'm going to another dentist and spending a lot of money to fix the terrible job they did and which I paid a lot for. And I confirm that at every appointment you find a different person.

I went to the Padua office to repair a broken tooth implanted four years ago in the Bologna office which was suddenly closed a few months ago. The guarantee certificate was supposed to cover the 10 years following the surgery but this was not the case: I spent 170 euros to repair the tooth and the following day the tooth fell away again. I tried to contact the Padua office again: on the phone I had conversations with the poor employee who was only trying to justify the inconvenience while via email they wrote to me that since the company is in the "blank agreement" procedure they are not liable for the work completed. I changed because I'm angry with those from Verona, not with those from Padua who, not knowing them, can't judge them.
I do not recommend! I waited 26 days to have my teeth cleaned! The day I was supposed to come my appointment was gone. They asked me to come on Saturday at 10. I came, I was there for 40 minutes and no one shit! The doctor was busy with another person.

Good morning Dr. MINGARDI. I hope these lines are delivered to you. My wife Meccariello and I, in November 2015, came to her at the Treviso Clinic for a visit with her. From that day a real ordeal began for us. Premises that ours was supposed to be a total (remake) of the teeth for which we paid the entire amount (and a lot) at the beginning of the work. At the beginning we had a really good doctor, in every sense. In July 2017, this doctor finished the work on my mouth while for my wife the work was half done and he was given an appointment for the month of September. From that appointment, it was discovered that the doctor who had assisted us until July had left and from that day my wife's problems began as at every subsequent appointment she found a new doctor, with terrible results! You Dr. MINGARDI, following a discussion that took place in the office between your staff and my wife who complained about the terrible work they were doing and ruining the previously finished one, carried out a visit from which you, in my presence, confirmed what complained by my wife. He immediately arranged to do it all over again, guaranteeing us that everything would be done by a good doctor and in the shortest time possible. Well, since the first appointment following what you arranged, 3 doctors have changed and each of these (apart from the last one) instead of working well, also damaged the finished work. Today, 12 October 2018, my wife is still in waiting to be called to begin the renovation of the upper part, as expected. Since July he had been given an appointment for September 17th, a date which was removed with a phone call made by the firm justifying the cause due to the lack of a doctor. Let me start by saying that we live in Pordenone and that in this period we have now covered more than 5000 km, of which over 4000 on the motorway and we have now reached the end of the 3rd year!. I was advised to get a filling to "close" a hole between my teeth. From the way they described it, everything seemed to come out perfect. I go there and the doctor does all the work (contact with the patient equal to 0 because she spent most of the time talking about her own business with the assistant) and only after finishing does she tell me that I wouldn't be able to bite anymore. Apart from this, given that the work had now been done and that the doctor stated that there was now no turning back (I wouldn't have done so if I had been given this information first), after less than a week the resin for the filling It's starting to get ruined and I even had a piece fall off. Nice place, if you like to wait before your appointment the view is wonderful; Do only clients have to respect the timetable or also the clinics?
I was very happy with the treatment I received at this office. I found the staff to be professional and honest, a highly sought after quality. The first visit is free and includes an orthopantomography. The manager who examined me identified the fundamental problems to be solved (a cavity) and did not exaggerate the list of interventions. The dentist who carried out the cleaning and filling together with his assistant was very good: - you measured the anesthetic correctly (it is not pleasant to remain with your mouth asleep for hours), - at my request, he did not use the dam which is perhaps not suitable for those whose teeth are very close together, - he was very careful not to hurt my lips (it often happens to me because I have a small mouth) - he also fixed the collar of the tooth with the cavity (again at my request). In short, he really took care of the entire mouth, not just the parts to be treated, and I was pleased to feel this attention. Prices are competitive: 60 a small filling, 70 cleaning, 90 a collar. It's worth it just for a look at the environment, not only perfectly clean but also architecturally very pleasant, and at the skyline of Padua: the view from the 10th floor is absolutely worth it ;)... Good evening, I hope that these few lines go to Dr. Mingarghi. I am writing my review here with the hope of an answer. I have been waiting for months for the implants to be done at the FLORENCE clinic and every appointment is then canceled for a few minutes. First I ask myself if this is serious and that it is possible that a surgeon who can do the job cannot be found. I am also willing to go to the clinic in Bologna. Dear Dental Clinic, My name is Jairo Guimaraes, I am Brazilian, I have lived in Italy for more than 2 years and I have been an IdeaSorriso customer since May 2017. I am very satisfied with all the dental services received and the service offered by the professionals of the clinic. I regret using this form of communication to bring to your attention unpleasant incidents which, unfortunately, I believe I have suffered from the secretariat of your office. Not once, but three times, my family and I had our appointments canceled without any warning and, worse, when we arrived at your reception, even after showing the post-it with the appointment booking, we were usually treated with total negligence and discrimination, wanting to overlook the racist attitude towards our being foreigners. Last Friday, December 28th, I went to your clinic in Padua at 3.55pm for an appointment scheduled for 4pm. I identified myself at the reception, showed the post-it of the appointment stamped by you (attached), and was informed that I was not on the list for any appointment. I tried to explain to the receptionist that I was being treated for a canal and a filling, both open, which were causing me pain; She replied that she couldn't do anything, but that she could talk to Dr. Panza. After an hour and a half of waiting, I tried to check the time of my appointment at the reception from the same lady I had spoken to before (whose name I don't know) who asked me to wait and that I would be assisted by Dr. Panza. After half an hour, and after all the other clients had already been assisted, she came to ask me if I could consider another appointment or be assisted by another professional. At that point, after two hours of waiting without being assisted, I asked the Lady if what had happened to me was right and she simply told me there was nothing she could do. So, in order not to appear rude and behave in the same way, I was forced to leave. I kindly ask you not to misinterpret my words, I would just like to point out a reality experienced by one of your regular customers for almost two years now, I believe it could be useful information for you so that these unpleasant situations for my family do not happen again and for other customers. I brought a person for an emergency. We arrived at 2pm (they had given us an appointment at that time). After a few hours the doctor analyzed it and said he had to remove the tooth. They told us that the operation would be done within 5 minutes but they talked about hours. We finally left at almost 7pm. We thought it was a problem due to the fact that we were there last time. After a short time we went to the check-up with an appointment made on the day of the operation. Even there over 40 minutes late and only because we asked. Good doctors but terrible organization. Really satisfied. Elegant environment and qualified and friendly staff.
Honestly: stay away from these people... you will see many doctors, because (giving the most disparate excuses) they don't pay them and after a month or so they leave. Treatment plans and estimates: forget it. I warned you: then do as you want...
Appointments MOVED even 2 or 3 times. WAITING IN THE waiting room for no less than 1 hour, terrible organization. high prices. My friend was REFERRED 3 TIMES UNTIL THE COMPROMISE TOOTH BROKEN and she turned to a lawyer. I personally had a serious gum infection. They filled my gums with anesthetic for cleaning and I was sick for 10 days and took antibiotics. THAT'S ENOUGH FOR ME. THANK YOU... (Show more)
