I made my first appointment over the phone. On my first visit I spoke to a very kind lady who put me at ease and suggested a range of treatments. Having been to similar clinics in Cyprus and Greece I asked if there is a Dermatologist in the area. The answer was positive but they informed me that I don't need to see him yet since his staff handles this type of treatment. The problem was that while I was doing the treatments on my face I was getting the opposite results. More specifically, the face caught fire and burns were caused in several parts of the face. Still, hoping it's a normal reaction I continued to go to my appointments and pay handsomely for the treatments as well as any other creams or products they suggested. The last time, my face was in a miserable condition, seeing me the girl refused to give me any treatment telling me that she doesn't know what is going on and advised me to go to a Dermatologist!!! Surprised and quite irritated, with a face in a miserable state I left the place. Having already paid 900 euros in treatments and creams over 1-2 months, having 0 results and not 1 conversation or follow-up with a Dermatologist. If there is no qualified staff in your area, it would be best not to recommend or undertake such treatments. Shame on you for ruining my face! At this point I would like to mention that the clinic area is spotlessly clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. This review is clearly about how to deal with my own problem.... (Show more)

I am a customer for 4 years and the place i can say in one word is professional at all levels from reception to treatment. The environment is always joyful and happy and makes you feel very welcomed.

I have done the HiFU treatment at the face and neck, together with the RF treatments to treat my double chin . It is a waste of time and money. I did not see notice any reduction of the double chin.I have visited your clinic but I do not want to contact you ,. I find it unethical to propose to a customer this therapy and then at the end it complete non beneficial to her . I believe only surgery can heal the double Chin. .... (Show more)

Result was not as i expected. Also they charged me more than what we agreed on.

The new place at Strovolos av. is really impressive with smiling and polite staff plus the expertise of Dr. Kranidiotis.
