The clinic's hours on site are from 11, and in the clinic it says 12, and so on. I go to the clinic more than once every 12:00. The worst experience in history, the clinic was empty and the doctor was sitting, touching my palate, and he left me for an hour to wait for him. Advice for God’s sake until someone comes.

Professional clinic, sweet teeth cleaning by Dr. Firas and Qasr are with me. He and the nurses treated him with class and distinction.

I had orthodontics with them for about 5 years. The result that was promised is completely different, despite the extractions and screws. Frankly, the amount I paid was 15,000 thousand in total, and the result was completely unsatisfactory. After removing the braces, the layer of one of the teeth was broken due to removing the braces in an incorrect way, which caused a break in the structure of the tooth, and the filling replaced it like a cavity. Unfortunately, the stains on the braces site did not disappear even with the offer of free cleaning when removing the braces... The other thing is that the sterilization of the tools is poor during this period, and the ones who actually do the work are the Filipinos or the nurses. Only the doctor gives a prescription and walks away, and does not check their work more than once by stretching or even applying the rubber. I was prescribed a mistake because of the nurse, and the teeth are creeping out wrongly, and the mistake is put on me as if I was negligent. Finally, I am disgusted with the braces that they use for you as a new condition. The braces that the one before you told you to sterilize and put in your mouth,,, and if the number of customers who get braces increases, they will tell you that your teeth are excellent and that’s it, just so they can walk you around and install them for the new client and more. Customers do not know, by God, it is a sad situation for a clinic whose owner claims that he has a degree from Harvard and his job is for two riyals. I teach him his job. Every time... Finally, they deal with the insurance directly, you pay and they tell you to claim the insurance yourself. The bottom line is that the asphalt clinic has been suffering for 5 years and I regret every moment I spent with them with a result. It turned out to be very normal, and as they promised me, there was a radical change in condition after the extraction, and the middle line was not compatible with the line of the nose, even though the line was symmetrical before the extraction.... The doctors are excellent, God willing, but the clinic needs some changes. The reception and waiting room are not worthy of the reputation of the clinics or the level of services provided.

Dr. Ahmed Masoud's treatment is very classy and a very respectable person, and the treatment of the entire staff in the clinic is very wonderful

The best clinics and the best doctors. All love and appreciation for them. I worked with them for years and I thank them for their good treatment of me, support and assistance, especially Dr. Ibrahim and his wife Somaya.

The clinic is tidy and clean. But the orthodontist's appointments are not exact and the orthodontist's prices are very, very high

Dr. Kabi is excellent and one of the oldest doctors in Jeddah. His style is sophisticated, his treatment is gentle, and his hand is so light that it is impossible to feel anything. He is of Lebanese nationality, but he is a great person with great experience, God bless him.
