This is my second visit to Theme Dermatology and I continue to be very satisfied with the exceptional quality of the service and treatments. My translator, Jieun (sorry if I spelled your name wrong), was a warm and lovely lady who accompanied me at every step of the treatment, from pre-consultation to post-surgery care. She even helped me to write a cute note to the pharmacist when I needed to buy additional bandages. My dermatologist, Dr Lee, was also extremely professional and skilled at his job. I appreciate how thorough he was when he conducted the laser surgeries for me. I did a total of 4 surgeries and felt minimal pain, yet he cared to ask if I felt any pain and provided me with care tips that work in the context of my home country. I am grateful for his thoughtfulness, especially because I know he had several patients today. Thank you so much for going the extra mile to perform the Starlux treatment on my whole face too! In summary, my experience at Theme Dermatology is incredible. In fact, I was willing to travel alone from Singapore to Seoul as a medical tourist because I had a great first visit last December, and the team continues to deliver and impress today. It's been a month since I visited this clinic in korea & I can say that my skin has improved significantly! My hyperpigmentation scarring have lightened & my break outs have improved. If you're worried about not speaking korean there is a english translator on site that will assist you through each step of the way. Will defintely be back when I'm in korea again. I came in to help treat my rosacea and it was so easy. The interpreter and doctor were very thorough in explaining the procedure and it made me feel more at ease. It’s been a day since then and I’m already seeing results. I’m very happy with the outcome.

We traveled to Korea and had our facial laser treatments done at Theme Dermatology. The turnaround time for the treatments was super quick and treatments were done in one afternoon. I am very happy with my experience! I've had 2 appointments at theme dermatology, the first one I had Skin scaling, starlux (laser) and shrink (ultrasound), and the second one I had another treatment of skin scaling and starlux. Jasmin was my translator and followed me through my appointments, and answered any questions I had both in the salon and online. She was very friendly, cool and helpful, and really just the best she could be! At my last appointment I also got to meet Keesung, who I also had a great time talking with. All the other staff are also very polite and caring. Everything felt safe, clean and professional. I also got to buy some skin care products they recommended to me. I proceeded with the shurink at the clinic last summer. To be honest, I thought that the shurink must be painful because I had experienced shurink in the USA and it was so painful, but the theme surgeon did a good job without any feeling of pain.

Had a great experience here. Very good clinic, I'm incredibly happy with my results so far. Everyone were so nice, and I had a translator following me so all my questions could be answered. Highly recommend^-^

I had booked an appointment on their website, and got in dialogue with their staff via email. They had great feedback and recommendation for my skin, which convinced me they were capable to meet my skin needs and communication via english, as I didn't speak Korean. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a handful of their staff and they were very polite and easygoing. Sooyoung, the Consultant Manager, was very outgoing and put detailed effort into welcoming and consulting with me the various options, as well as helped with translation with the main doctor. You can tell she does the same for all the customers which makes dermatology appointments more enjoyable and she is very hardworking. I did the vbeam laser treatment and ultrasound to treat rosacea and acne scars, respectively. The price, treatment, and consultation was the reason I came back for a 2nd treatment. I've noticed improvement in my skin and am happy with everything about this place. The pre/post treatment care was also very refreshing, as I felt like I was at a spa. After reading many reviews both in Seoul and Busan, I chose to go to Gangnam Theme Dermatology for treatment for my senior mom and I. There was nothing major we wanted besides a more nourished face as this was a mother-daughter trip to Korea and I just wanted to pamper my mom on our trip together. We had an online consultation with Jasmine before coming and she was fabulous. When we got there, we had Suyoung as our translator and had another in-person consultation with the doctor. Our doctor was honest, intelligent, and kind. You can tell he is really knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone. It was quite a busy day and Suyoung was stretched thin, so we didn’t receive proper explanation of treatments, doctor translations during the procedures, or any post care. We left very unsatisfied, but when Suyoung and the clinic’s Headmaster, Mrs.Suh, found out, they were both very apologetic and within 24hrs quickly took action on how to never let our experience happen to anyone else. We were not expecting them to reach out to us and they honestly, didn’t have to. It just shows how much the people at Gangnam Theme Dermatology, lead by Headmaster, Mrs. Suh, our translator, Suyoung, their doctors and staff all really care about their clients' experience and want to make sure they provide the best service for them. If you’re looking for an honest dermatology that carries itself with integrity, come here. The staff here were extremely friendly and they speak English as well. I came in for a mole removal. Initially I was terrified of the procedure, but it was so simple and painless. I recommend this place to anyone needing help with their skin.

I made an appointment in Switzerland before I went to Korea. The clinic responded within hours, if not minutes, after I emailed them. The communication through email was fast, detailed and very friendly and professional. The location is very suitable and only a 5 minutes walking distance from Gangnam Station Exit 10. The staff is super welcoming and friendly. They treat you with the most care. Before the treatment, my sister and I had a professional consultation with the doctor and the English-speaking assistant. The doctor looked closely at our skin problems and explained every issue in detail. I had never felt such comfort, and finally, someone who understood my skin. Before we got to Korea, we already got a detailed recommendation of which treatment might suit our skin. After consulting the doctor in person, we then got the final solution. We did skin scaling and laser treatment to get rid of skin redness. I felt well cared for and safe during the whole treatment. The treatment itself is professional wellness. Even after the treatment, I got personalised after-treatment recommendations. The price is fair. I got Kobayashi Permanent Acne Removal recommended, but since I only stayed for a few days and the treatment usually requires 3 to 4 sessions, it was not recommended anymore. This shows that they do not want to rip you off but instead really care to offer you the best solution. Overall, communication is fast, professional and super friendly. The staff also speak perfect English. The doctors are professionals with long working experience. The clinic is clean and well-located. Highly recommended foreigner friendly clinic in Seoul. Doctor Lee Yoon Joo as well as the Clinic Manager Zahid was very professional and kind. They heard my concerns attentively and recommended personalized treatments. I was always stressed because of acne scars on my face but with recommendation of my friend, I went for consultation. Dr. Lee Yun Ju recommended fractional laser and the way he explained it made me go for it and I am so happy I did that because the scars are not visible much anymore. I came to have V-Beam for my rosacea, the doctor explained me what the effect would have on my skin and after the laser I had a calming session, everything was great and the staff was really helpful. Recommend 100%.

Theme is one of the best clinics I ever attended because of the very attentive doctor and the friendly and supporting staff speaking perfect English. I see my pores improved a lot after the starlux laser. It is gonna be my regular skin care go-to clinic.

I went to the Theme Clinic last week for an under eye/eye bag (laser-) treatment. It was my first time in Seoul and I really wanted to go to a trusty dermatology. As soon as I stepped in I was welcomed really friendly and because of the language barrier the translator helped me throughout my whole stay in the clinic. Everything was explained really well and they answered every question I had. The laser treatments didn’t hurt at all and the doctor made sure I was okay the whole time. I felt really good there and would definitely come back the next time I visit Seoul again. And I definitely see some changes under my eyes.
