He completed his study at the University of New South Wales and after graduation spent many years working as a GP in a busy practice that was originally started by his father. 15 years ago he founded the Novocastrian Skin Cancer Clinic, which specialises in skin cancer diagnosis and treatment.

They change the appointment time all the time, without considering the patient's waiting for the appointment long time and long travel needs.
My eye surgery was great. The doctor explained that I wouldn't be a good candidate for laser, which I appreciated instead of paying a load of money and then it not being any good. At the day surgery (Charlestown Private) they were also good. The nurses were lovely. But I have to say. Every appt I had at the clinic, they were so late to take me in. The final appointment I waited over an hour to be seen. I lost a lot of money from having to wait, as I'm self employed. The waiting was extremely frustrating. I'm happy with my results but glad it's over and I no longer have to sit in that waiting room.... (Show more)
After 5 months of initial multi focal lens inplants and subsequent touch up with Lesnik Laser treatment I’m now able for the first time ever! ...... CLEARY see near, afar & every thing in between . I have Trashed the 2 pairs of prescription glasses ... Happy Days! Had laser surgery on my left eye 5 years ago by Dr Tim Ruddell and is still as good today as the day it was performed. My short sight was corrected with PRK surgery in one eye allowing the right eye to read text messages and books. I have not worn any prescription glasses ever since. A check up this week shows same readings taken when I had the surgery. Highly recommend... (Show more)
