Soo disappointing when shoes advertised in catalogue are not stocked any more. False advertising!

Dirty, low on stock, wait ages for script and the girl on the register script end has the personality of a rock. Rude, dismissive. The counter looked like a patched up broken tip find. I'd prefer to pay slightly more and get a smile ,get served in a reasonable time and go home without having to sanitize my hands.... (Show more)

Very busy on a Friday afternoon. Waited 35 mins for a script. Service was very good and pleasant. Usual range of products.

I arrived and was served at 550pm I was told it would take 5-10 mins so I waited. 15 mins later I asked was my script ready told no it wasn’t. So I waited an additional 20 mins I then re asked to find out it was ready 20 mins before hand and that the chap I asked didn’t look correctly. This is not the first time this sort of thing has happened. I feel like a better system needs to be put in place so these sort of things don’t happen.... (Show more)

These guys are getting worse and worse. It use to be a half decent place to go to with a 20 minute wait MAX for prescriptions but are just absolutely slipping. The staff who work behind the counter always look like they’re just twiddling their thumbs as if their only job is to literally take in prescriptions. I went in the other day to collect my monthly prescription and when I questioned why my box said “0 repeats” vs my automated dispensary text saying “5 repeats” … I was told that I must have collected my medication elsewhere..🙄There was an elderly woman working who had to get a pharmacist technician to tell me that. Then she walked right past me 2 times and didn’t bother serving me to pay for my medication. I simply questioned why I was receiving 2 different forms of information and wasn’t even the slightest frustrated about it but the way I got treated was as if I was about to start a riot over it…hopeless staff here.... As I handed in the script, I asked for them to check first if that particular medication is available. They said yes. Then after around 40mins of waiting, they finally called me to say that apparently it’s NOT available and they just thought it was. This is the second time this has happened to me. Making you wait for such a long time then telling you sorry it’s out of stock.... (Show more)

Background: I relocated from Toowoomba to Mount Isa in February 2023 and have been in Mount Isa since. I have relocated to Mount Isa primarily for my job. Therefore, I attend the Mount Isa Medical Centre for my health needs and for my regular prescriptions. My treating doctor at the medical center is Dr. Michael. What Happened: I visited Toowoomba this September for my son's ninth birthday. As I knew that I will be in Toowoomba I took the opportunity to visit 'Chemist Warehouse' in Toowoomba as I needed to buy my medications. So, I took my scripts in to the chemist and the 'Senior and Junior Chemist's In-Charge' and a 'couple of staff members' informed me that they can dispense the first round of my medication and have my repeat scripts on file with the store so I can then order repeat scripts on line. So, I went through the whole process with CW - Toowoomba and it took a couple of hours to set up. I even downloaded the app on my phone as this is a requirement that CW have in order to receive repeat scripts. Basically, I complied with all the instructions they gave me at the time so I was set up in their system. Main Concern: As I was coming to the end of my first lot monthly medications, I simply used the CW app on my phone to order my repeat scripts. It was only then that I found out that I could not order my repeat scripts because there was an error in their system. So, I then called my wife in Toowoomba and informed her to go into the CW store in Toowoomba and request for a repeat script so she could post it to me in Mount Isa. However, when my wife was in store she was told that she will need the hard copy of the script if she would like to have my repeat medication dispensed. She explained to the store staff and to the chemist and informed them that there has been a technical glitch and that I couldn't have the repeat medication dispensed using the CW mobile phone app. So, I had to once again contact CW and did this using my mobile phone app and also send them an email and lodged a complaint with them on-line. Yesterday, (30.11.23.) I received a message from CW stating "Order #6838588 - Pharmacy: Hi Satyen, I have no scripts in your file to dispense, please bring them in and we can dispense them straight away" So, not only are CW Toowoomba not willing to dispense my script but have now lost my script. So, I now have to book in an appointment at my local GP, pay $120 for the consult just to get a fresh prescription to once again send through to CW Toowoomba What Resolution I would Like: Chemist Warehouse to acknowledge that they and their systems have failed and reimbursement for the consultation fee. Sort out my scripts and have them on file so I can order as and when required through my app and a written apology... (Show more)

Love the store , stops there , they have a very unprofessional rude pharmacist, who treats customers like rubbish with her passive aggressive lacking empathy behaviour, she should definitely NOT be dealing with the public especially in this industry!

I had the most helpful wonderful person called Lily today! I haven’t had the best luck with staff here wanting to help and usually most kind of grunt at you if you ask them anything. I really wanted a particular perfume and was having trouble finding it Lily went above and beyond to help me out and find it for me. So shout out to Lily who offers amazing customer service and was very friendly and was more than happy to help me, Thanks Lily 😇... (Show more)

Poorly staffed with limited customer service or ability to communicate. Waited over 30mins to be told the script I requested was out of stock. The lady serving spent more time with a lady after simple cold and flu tablets than serving the long line of waiting customers to pick up scripts. I won’t be returning any time soon... (Show more)
