staff front counter to pay the bill act like she the one of Dr. 😒 full of ignorant.. so disappointed!! (im as a pregnant women) …

There is a doctor at the orthopedic specialist clinic.. his name is khairul anuar.. he is short and small.. he is a little bald in the front.. he seems to be the head there so other doctors call him boss.. but he says that he has no ethics.. We are wasting his time.. even though we have just done 2 tests.. the results did not show any pain.. why don't we go to the private sector.. we have been sick for more than 2 years.. because we can't take the pain anymore we came to this hospital. .for 2 years we have been on and off..we have gone to many hospitals and clinics, we have gone to private hospitals, gomen to...alternatives and ustaz have also gone..until our savings have run out..so now I have been on leave without pay for 4 months.. when we meet him, we go to a private hospital.. why are we wasting his time just because the result is nothing.. even though he just did 2 tests.. more tests/procedures can be done.. I'm wasting a lot of money, you guys.. I'm not stupid I want to come to see you there.. I'm still down and stressed after seeing him.. I've been waiting to see the doc from morning until evening and then come back.. here's the pain near me or my children. ? service from dr and nurses are all good. but the bodyguard is👎. we came to do blood donation so ofcourse we just walk-in. we never do appointments to donate blood before and i think theres no need for appointment if you want to donate blood. we went to the designated parking for blood donators and the bodyguard said 'show the appointment card first then you can park here'. my partner explained to him that its walk-in not appointment but the guard insisted to see the appointment card. we were furious so just go and find normal visitors parking. nobody make an appointment to donate blood. please make sure your bodyguards know this.... The service is too bad..brought you from 930pm until 1am and you haven't been called to see the doctor...the reason is THERE IS NO DOCTOR.....hey....what's the reason..this is a big hospital..

Really bad. Please review this hospital system. Remember that sick people can wait until they are in the emergency room waiting to see a doctor!

Enter the green zone from 8 pm. At 12:00 in the morning there were no staff members and all patients had to wait for more than 2 hours. At least let him know when the health worker is there and not!!!!

My husband got a nurse who was very rude. It doesn't matter if he has a few wounds or a lot, he went to the hospital, he wanted to get angry with me, then the nurse said more or less, then I could gossip with the other nurses, then laugh, laugh, tell me, don't see the staff like that. rude to the patient. keep quiet.... Parking management is really bad, especially in the morning and peak hours, almost 30 minutes just to get a parking, it's really jammed because the queue to get into the parking lot is long, even if there is parking available, if you don't need to worry about getting out and going back to the hospital just to get a parking, last time parking near the neighboring housing complex because it's frustrating looking for parking. Hospital management needs to find an immediate solution to this problem, create multi-storey parking or separate parking between staff parking and patient parking. Is this a pharmacy service? Aren't there non-Muslim employees in this department? The DIY store also has Muslim staff guarding the counter during breaking time, this also allows sick patients to wait up to 1 hour? lousy service..

Daycare’s specialist Chinese doctor, Dr c, can scold the patient’s family members inside. It can make the family lose face. If you don’t have the patience to be a doctor. Please ask the dean to ask this dr c to wake up properly. He can ask the family members to please be patient. But he didn't. Instead, he scolded his family members. Nurses on night shift duty at Ward 7B, on Feb 01, 2024 are extremely ignorant!!! This is my 2nd time at the hospital.. and it happened again!! My husband was admitted in the 1st Class ward Bed 24 on Feb 1st. I hv to mention here that we are not the type of ppl who like to call the nurses unnecessarily, we will handle things as much as we can unless it is something to do with the IV or anything involving the medical stuff which we dont know how to handle. The first call in the middle of the night ws to remove the IV as it was already completed & my husband ws vomitting severely & also shivering at that time. I need to change his surgical dress to some thick clothes. The nurses ignored my first call & we still chose to be patient and I covered my husband with whatever clothes I had to keep him warm. (Pls be reminded he is still connected to the empty IV bottle). After an hour same scenario & my call was ignored again!!! This time I had to walk up to the nurse station & lose my cool but I still maintained a soft tone! There were three nurses sitting at the counter who obviously turned off the bell & ignored my call!!! The same thing happened when we got admitted on January 6th , WARD 7B Bed 21- FIRST CLASS EVEN IF YOU PAY AND GET TREATED IN GOVERMENT HOSPITALS … this is what you get! I wonder?? WHAT ARE NURSES FOR? What if this happens to a patient who has no one staying with him??? So they wont be attended evn if its an emergency?? The frontiers staff at the ORTHOPEDICS CLINIC was so rude (*I forgot to check his name). I just asked nicely for my mom but you answered us with the high tone (extremely rude). Very bad attitude. A nurse has to have skills before becoming a caretaker. If not, you will probably see a fierce nurse's face.
