Yesterday I went with my sister to have a CT scan and an MRI with contrast, she had a syncope and lost consciousness at the end of the test, the nurses were very kind, they left her on a stretcher and I requested medical attention because I was very dizzy, but they did not do nothing, the only option was to go to the emergency room paying because Adeslas does not cover emergencies. They must anticipate that if there is a reaction in contrast tests they have to attend to the patient and this was not done at any time, I had to go to another hospital where they gave me serum and primeram. I update the review, the hospital's Patient Care Department has contacted us and they told us that it had been a mistake, that there is a procedure and if the contrast produces a reaction, they have to attend to you, and that they have notified the department. This review is not towards the medical team but towards those responsible for HR. I don't understand that they hire interns as nurses with everything they charge and the worst of all is that they don't control how some of these "characters" treat older people. My relative has been admitted twice, the previous time he was very bad, due to negligence on the part of one when taking the IV, it caused phlebitis. This time, since he was unable to do so, he always had a companion and this negligent and unqualified staff wanted their work as assistants and nurses to be done by the companion. He was told and slamming the door and in bad manners he returned intimidated, being an older person. He is so scared that he has voluntarily discharged himself with pneumonia because of the fear he has. It is a real shame that they treat people like this and it is not controlled, with the added bonus that spending the night there means much more than a 5-star superior hotel and they don't even stop by to see how things are and if you call them they answer rudely. shapes. The oncology care of both the administration staff and the medical staff is excellent, they have been proving it to me for almost 10 years.

The emergency service is pitiful, even with hardly any people in the waiting room, more than 2 hours to give me the results of an x-ray, which is instantaneous. Every time I come here the same thing happens to me. It's a shame we have to put up with this.
