Highly recommended hospital. Fast and very good treatment

The telephone management is disastrous, they call you in a loop, they change your appointments constantly, everything is machines, they get confused when sending you the SMS of the appointments, if you cannot pick up at the moment then it is impossible to contact... The hospital is very good, the staff is very professional, the only bad thing is that in the waiting room there are drinking machines that at times make a lot of noise and are very annoying, the price however is reasonable….

Today 13. I called the laboratory to confirm if there was a strike in the laboratory tomorrow (I have to do analysis) or if they were providing minimal services. They tell me that they can't give me that information. I tell them that I don't want them to tell me if they're going on strike (it's a right they have) but there will be someone who will answer. It took me almost two months to get an appointment for a lab analysis!! They already call me and say, I'm still waiting. I keep calling because they are already calling me to make an appointment for an analysis!! I'm still waiting, they go 4 times the same. I wanted to show my gratitude to the neurosurgeon, Dr. Somoza Digón Pablo, and his entire team, both the operating room staff and the hospitalization staff on the ward (3rd). I underwent emergency surgery for a large herniated disc in L5-S1, which radiated unbearable pain in my right leg and prevented me from being able to stand and walk. It was a complete success from the first consultation, the concise diagnosis, the direct and close treatment, the kindness, the promptness with which everything was carried out... Dear Quirón Hospital of La Coruña in Zapateira, I want to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent attention and care that my mother received during her stay on the third floor of the hospital. The kindness and professionalism of the entire medical, nursing and auxiliary team, especially that of Dr. Iñigo Gredilla, was exceptional and made us feel very safe and calm at all times. I do not recommend this health center, they lie to you, I made an appointment for a private consultation with Doctor Somoza, and the person who called me after asking if the consultation included the neurosurgeon's subsequent report, telling me yes, and nothing, 130 euros for the consultation and Mr. Somoza, who does not report to me, otherwise he cannot consult, shameful....
