Very good service and attention

I have been to this hospital 4 or 5 times over the years and I have always had good experiences. My last visit, I was able to get right in to see Dr Moises. He was very friendly and helpful. I also saw Dr Aguilar and had the same experience with her as well. She was kind and helpful. She came into the office on her vacation to examine me due to an urgent health issue. A year ago my wife had gallbladder surgery and stones were left behind. The doctor who treated her for 1 month brought us and my wife back with jaundice and hepatitis. We are putting together a case to proceed legally against the clinic and the doctor for negligence. We count with all the evidence, prescriptions and tomography scans.... (Show more)

First visit to this hospital and seeing a doctor in Tijuana, very good responses from the doctors, we went looking for a doctor Aguilar. He could not attend to us and Dr Moisés treated us, he referred my husband to some studies, from there he received the studies and it was no longer in his hands, he recommended us to a specialist. Dr. Sánchez explained the diagnosis very well, not very good news, but he did alert my husband about possible risks to his spine. It's Ok Good I Can't Say Some Nurses Neglect Doing Their Job ..

It is not possible that every time I have to bring my mother to Dr. Jose Luis, by the way, an excellent doctor, there are always the same 3 cars in the disabled places, a gray VW and 2 BMW cars. A truck and a car, both white, do not have a disabled badge and it seems extremely rude that they are doctors' cars, since I checked their plates in repubb and I know which doctor they are, I refrain from saying their name out of respect for Dr. Jose Luis and Therefore, do not respect those places that are for the disabled, I hope you take action on the matter since they are places for the disabled and not for the mentally disabled............ Nothing recommended with urologist ARMANDO BUSTOS MAYA. Terrible service, it lasted for months and he never did any study on me, he claimed that he knew I did it, I trusted him and he only took money from me and the same as another person he recommended, he wanted to give me something at my young age without any in-depth study I went with other urologists and they only told me that this is taking advantage of people's need and urgency to get well, I DO NOT RECOMMEND the urologist, terrible service with him, Be very careful.... We have been patients for many years, Dr. Moisés is a fine person, an excellent doctor, they have operated on me and my husband there, Dr. Aguilar, both Aguilar and Sergio, are also excellent doctors, BUT Dr. Max Velasco Sanchez has just treated us very poorly. He is very rude, he hates fat people, I told him several times that we are patients at El Río Hospital, I say so that he will change his attitude and no. He interrupts, he doesn't let you speak, he explains to you with strange examples, if you ask he makes fun and he tells you not to look at the internet since my questions are about a study that another gynecologist ordered me to do and it's better to go back to the usual one and I found myself with that attention from this gynecologist. I recommend calling ahead and asking about the cost and availability of whatever you need to attend to. The doctor and the radiologist were kind, they took care of us at night and explained it to us well. The receptionist was rude and answered only a few of my questions. X-ray 900 pesos. I took my dad to the emergency room. My dad fainted in the hospital. The only person who helped us was the person in the parking lot. The doctor said they couldn't help him. It was an expensive hospital. We should take him to the general hospital. My dad died.

A hospital with very poor ethics from the teaching staff to the doctors...they performed unnecessary appendix surgery on my grandson, the doctor went to see him until almost two days had passed, almost when he was discharged with a temperature and they didn't care. ...very bad experience to be honest No... Terrible attention...if you have an emergency, see other options, the answer is that they do not attend to emergencies...my comment is about an emergency in terms of hospital care, I cannot give an opinion...but I have to see and try a very bad one attention and very little professional ethics...
