Terrible service and bad pediatricians with no ethics or up-to-date knowledge; "Pediatrician Dr" Héctor Fernández, who does not deserve that title, only dedicates himself to hospitalizing and charging with threats. Dr with rolex who only dedicates themselves to scaring people and charging.

The worst experience in that hospital, I do not recommend it, they are only good at getting paid, they do not do their job well.

Excellent treatment and attention from all the staff with whom I had interaction. They made me feel super calm and safe before, during and after my surgery (hysterectomy). Terrible, not even because it is a particular place do they respect the schedules or appointments, it seems more like they attend to the recommended ones, they have already given an appointment time 4 times in a row and OS leave up to 2 hours. I was recently hospitalized in intermediate therapy, the nurses all provided excellent treatment and care, Dr. Cobos, an exceptional human being, came with so much empathy and energy that as a patient it lifts you up. Thank you all for your attention.

DO NOT GO to this hospital. In the office tower, the assistant of the Orthopedist Óscar Garcia is rude and completely lacking in education. If she is "busy" she will answer them rudely and hang up the phone. NEVER GO to this hospital. We arrived at UEGENCES and they left us waiting for 1 HOUR. My family member was diagnosed with a wax plug in his ear. The ENT doctor did not care that his patient was not progressing favorably, he NEVER answered us again...in the end that “ear plug” ended up being a tumor in the brain. If you love your family, don't go to that hospital where they don't give you an accurate diagnosis, it's scary that they have that kind of health professionals, where they lack a lot both professionally and humanly...sadly everyone who works there sees you as a license plate and not as a human being. In the gynecology service there is no empathy, I do not recommend going with Dr. Romina Carpio at all.

The waiting time is terrible since there is no pediatrician on duty. The pediatrician didn't even wash his hands to check my child. I filed my complaint and they told me that they were going to follow up on it, they asked if I paid hours and that was that. Angeles is closer and they serve better.

After they "checked him out" they told us that we had to admit him to have the studies done instead of doing them in the emergency room (I don't know that this is done in the hospital but in others that we have attended they do it that way). He had to stay there one night, then the doctor wanted to leave him another day just because he had no other compelling reason, thank God a floor nurse who told my mother that she could take him, we left. If they don't tell us, they leave us another day and charge us a fortune that really wasn't necessary. Terrible medical attention, I arrived with abdominal pain, no one checked me, they did not take laboratory studies, they were going to take me to the CT scan and the operating room without a diagnosis. Very friendly nursing staff but they couldn't refer me and the doctor never showed up to ask me how I was feeling or check on my discomfort. The two doctors I visited ARE DISGUSTING. The gynecologist—Romina Carpio—who, when you go for a check-up, does not give you your printed ultrasound as her profile as a doctor in the hospital says, showed an arrogant but controlled posture and does not keep her appointment schedules, but if you change the schedule, she comments that it is It is his time that plays, as if the patient's time was not worth it. MEN AND WOMEN... be careful with what I'm going to tell you, this disgusting doctor, in the examination he did which didn't take even 5 minutes, made comments in front of me to my boyfriend that I consider quite misogynistic, this man said "women with their discharge come "to pass bacteria to men and that affects us" although it is true that women have a normal and natural flow and that does not guarantee that it is the woman who infects the man, this comment was one of the ones that I put up with, he even questioned me awkwardly and asked me to analyze myself as soon as possible, I came out very upset because he had no filter, much less professional ethics with his comments that he probably wanted to make them medical but they really weren't, he proposed a surgery diagnosed in less than a minute without take the time to dig deeper into my boyfriend's problem. If you want to bill, they give you a number and when you contact them, they annoyingly tell you it's another one.
