I recently went to the Teledermatology Service and the nurse, seeing that it was a serious injury to my nose, arranged a visit for me the next day with the Dermatologist Dtra Del Prado who diagnosed the injury and referred me to Dtra Plastic Surgery. Garcia Dihinx, who a few days later performed surgery on my nose, removing a 2.9x1.8 cm piece of it. - It seems incredible! I've been calling all morning and there's no way they'll pick up the phone. They take it and hang up. Regrettable management.
They give you tests and more tests (that's their business). Incorrect diagnosis. I solved my problem myself with a carnivore diet. They have no idea.
I had ACL surgery at Quirón and they redirected me to the La Floresta traumatologist, very good, on time and they understand you in a good way even if there are many people waiting in the room.
The truth is that I have had the best experience with all the services received and the professionals, very attentive and helpful people.
Second time we have to come in two or so years and again we have been waiting for almost three hours and what we have left...it is embarrassing to have private insurance for this...

The waiting time in Quirónsalud hospitals for admission to consultation with the different specialists is excessive. This week I had to wait 20 minutes in one line and another 10 minutes in another. IF we take into account that the patients are managing the appointment (in my case, by telephone and with the resulting wait), I think it is a lack of respect towards us. Waiting in a queue only brings benefits to Quirónsalud. Furthermore, I always leave without having the appointment booked, since they do not usually have an open agenda for the following year. A disaster in management and organization. After operating on my son, Dr. Alfaro (ENT) tells me that I have to make an appointment for a review after 15/20 days. 15 days have passed and it has been IMPOSSIBLE for anyone, either by telephone, in person, or through direct emails to the Otorhinolaryngology department to give me an appointment to review my little son about the intervention carried out.
