Very good facilities, very well balanced food. The attention of all the staff is excellent.

Terrible place in the administrative sense, which undermines the medical care that is good and very attentive…. They make a common procedure with insurance companies very tedious...and a 24-hour stay takes 36 and counting because there is no time to discharge from this place..

Good hospital, however, I have been asking for support for a copy of my son's clinical record for almost two weeks and, by order of the deputy director, they cannot do it. It's supposed to be my right and they're denying it to me. Dr. Bladimir refuses to give me a copy of my son's clinical record, the insurance company asks me to do so to intervene on my son with a heart murmur I would think twice about going to that hospital. Be careful... (Show more)

Terrible service in the emergency room, I arrived with my patient at 8:30 pm and they took her to consultation until 11:50 pm, the only excuse they give is that they only have 1 doctor.

Very bad experience, I took my brother to the emergency room, they did the studies and consulted with a specialist, supposedly they had already found the problem and sent my brother home and it turns out that it continued to get worse and the specialist doctor's best decision was to say that he check another doctor. In short, very expensive but inefficient. It's a lot of money wasted so that in the end they end up having another doctor see you.... (Show more)

Excellent service and cost, without asking for more than what is necessary. We thought, because of my son's symptoms, that it was COVID, but the doctor correctly pointed out that it was probably influenza and that was the test they did. The suggested medications were correct and the next day the improvement was already noticeable in my son. Very good treatment from all the staff.... (Show more)

I want to share my experience in case it helps to improve the service, first of all I want to tell you that I was always very curious about the hospital and to a certain extent hopeful since the hospital is very close to my work, well, yesterday (28 /03/23) I took my 6 year old child, I arrived at the emergency reception, then a police officer arrived saying that they couldn't help us because "THERE WAS NO PEDIATRIST IN THE EMERGENCY" that the pediatrician would arrive later (I don't remember the time well ), to which I told them not to reject it but to please check it because it was very hot and at their school they reported a fever of 39.5°, the police had to return to the emergency cubicle and a nurse came and confirmed His fever was 39.7° and hives, they admitted him to the emergency room, he was treated by about 3 nurses to put cold compresses on him, but of those 3, only one was kind to my son and explained to him what they were doing to him and was patient with him. The doctor in charge of the emergency room, after ordering the compresses and medication taken, told me that he needed to be hydrated and that they would give him "oral life serum." However, she returned and told me that he needed to be canalized, to which I asked her what had happened to him. the serum and told me that the hospital DID NOT HAVE, "THE HOSPITAL DID NOT HAVE ORAL LIFE SERUM" or any other serum taken, and that the option was to only channel it when I came and my son was responding (slow but he was improving). After all, I told them that I was going to take my son out since I thought it would be better to take him to a pediatrician's opinion before a procedure like channeling him. They insisted that his fever was very high, so I insisted that they take his temperature and that's it. I had 37.4°, however I realized they already had a huge list of studies and procedures with costs, which at least was around $10,000.00, the doctor's treatment was decent, however I did have pressure to authorize all the procedures I asked for. 5 minutes and he told me: "noo, you have to sign it for me now!" To which I insisted that he let me consult it, that I was going to sign it but that he should give me 5 minutes, that I thought better of it and said no and requested voluntary registration. When I paid it was complicated, poor coordination between the cashier and the person who helps you, the cashier told me that they did accept transfers but the other person didn't, that in the emergency room they didn't accept it, to which I explained that I wasn't carrying my bag because it was an emergency. that I asked for their support and to which they told me that they would accept my transfer but that I had to wait a little more than an hour for that to be reflected, but well you can understand "", they had to take my bag from my I work but meanwhile the staff was watching over me so I wouldn't run away, it was really very uncomfortable! In itself I felt vulnerable due to the situation with my son and still taking care of myself as a criminal, but well, they charged me approximately $1,780.00 and I was able to leave. From there I went to HMG Coyoacán and the pediatrician checked his throat and told me that was the reason for my son's problem, which they never told me at CAMI, he already had a fever but they gave me my prescription and that's it, they charged me $800.00 in the emergency room. and the treatment of all the staff was excellent. I would not return to the hospital permanently, although the objective of reducing the fever was finally achieved, but I did not feel comfortable at all, I can only thank the receptionist, a police officer and the parking lot staff who were very empathetic with the situation and my mom's anguish... Almost everything is fine, except that the nurses' attention is very despotic. It seems like they are doing you a favor.

The staff is very friendly, but the service leaves a lot to be desired; They take a long time in the sense of procedures; At the same time, it takes a long time for patients to provide them with medicine and food. And to top it all off, I had to stay for a weekend, on the day of discharge on Monday, October 23, I was going to pick up my identification that they ask you to access as a visitor; It turned out that they had lost my identification; They agreed to call me to give me a solution and to date they have never called me, I don't understand how they can lose something so important to you and without any compensation.... Bad attention from the nursing staff in the post-operative recovery area, the pharmacy does not have many medications, the TV, telephone, or safe box does not work in the rooms and if you ask for assistance for these defects they never come, if you enter Due to medical expenses insurance, they put many obstacles in your way to resolve any health problem that arises during hospitalization that is different from the reason for admission.... They have been reducing their service a lot, doctors are poorly trained to care. I attended with a lot of back pain and after many studies and money they told me that I had nothing... that I was pretending so that the insurance would cover the care... inept! The next day I got blisters on my back from herpes zoster and I had it treated at a Dr Simi where the very professional Dr treated me. In the end I just gave them my money in this vulture hospital...... (Show more)
