He patiently answered my questions and fully explained the process of what he would be doing from start to finish - he’s a very professional and skilled dentist. Attended Hills Dental Care after several average experiences at other clinics. The process from booking to consultation was easy and Dr Michael To and receptionist Genevieve were incredibly helpful and upfront about costs, which were fair and affordable.

In the past, I keep my mouth closed when I laugh because I do not like how my teeth looked. Getting veneers with Dr. To has changed my life, the confidence it gave it me was never imagined.

Hills Dental Care- is not just a reputed establishment with its classic building, modern, advanced and cutting edge technology, but the best thing what I find here are people! Dr. Kim, such a professional and down to the earth, always makes you feel welcomed. Lovely ladies at the counter, very friendly, offers help at anytime and 5* service in a leadership of Genevieve. Communication is true assets to this place. Last but not least, I must mention this true professional hygienist, Tara, who has got such a love and passion for her job. Tough role, but the way she carries her task gives us the dental massage experience!! Tara's swift hand with such an ease and detailed work gave me the satisfactions, which I had never experienced in other dental clinics. Dr Kim is a fantastic dentist who has always taken great care of my dental health. Tahlia, the dental assistant is also great at her job. Writing this feedback to share my experience with Hills Dental Care (Castle Hill) in the last more than 2 years. I have get a full mouth implantation and the operations were carried out by Dr Kim in April 2021. This treatment has completely fixed my long-term excruciating strife with my bad teeth, which was caused by constant swollen gum and periodic bleeding due to periodontal disease. I would say that ever since my life has been changed completely to the better. So far, 2 years has passed by after the implantation with every six months' dental cleanings and checkups afterwards, I have zero issues and feel like being reborn with a new set of natural teeth. Looking back, I am immensely impressed with the outcome of the treatment, particularly, Dr Kim's cutting-edge skill of implantation and in-depth professional advice. The great appreciation also goes to Tara, Genevieve, serval involved dental nurses and other office staff for their skill, professionlism and amicablity I have received during the service. Besides expressing my big thanks, I sincerely hope that the businese would keep prosperous and more people having issues with their teeth could get the top-notch treatment from Hills Dental Care.... I recently had the pleasure of visiting this clinic for the first time and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by two friendly receptionists who made me feel right at home. The dentist I saw was extremely thorough and took the time to examine my whole mouth before providing me with a treatment plan that was tailored to my specific needs. I really appreciated that the dentist took the time to explain everything to me in a clear and concise manner, and there was never any pressure to proceed with any treatments that I wasn't comfortable with. The team here genuinely cares about their patients' oral health and it shows in the level of care they provide. Overall, I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a top-notch dental experience. In the past, seeing the dentist has always been a nerve wracking experience until I visited Dr To. I really appreciate how incredibly patient and informative he was. He explained everything before we commenced and I felt like that he was genuinely trying to help me. Will happily return.

I came this surgery after I read the Google reviews. But very a very disappointed visit. Firstly, the receptionist who wearing rings on each her fingers, she was very demanding. She pointed out a sign on the corner of the desk when I sorted out my payment after surgery. Then I realised if I write 5 stars review for them and I will receive a $20 Coles voucher. That’s why you will see all 5 star reviews on their google page! I don’t want the $20 voucher and I don’t want cheat people who read the reviews. I have been going here for years and always feel well taken care of by the dentists, assistants and admin staff. I have extreme anxiety and dental related trauma but it's a relaxing and judgement free zone.

I underwent my 2nd procedure for major dental surgery yesterday. I cannot thank & praise Dr Kim, the anaesthetist Dr Thanan & Hills Dental professional staff, like Practice Manager Genevieve enough! I found them to be welcoming, very understanding, professional & empathetic to my needle phobia! 😬 All of my teeth were splitting & cracking off & I thought beyond repair. I have been truly embarrassed about my smile all of my life including the past damage done to my jawline & profile by an Orthodontist in my teenage years. Amazingly Dr Kim has not only fixed my issue of fractured teeth but has improved my smile profile beyond my expectations. I smile a HUGE smile now, with confidence!!!
