Extremely inadequate and unprofessional attitude from Dr. Maria Nikolova. He appointed tests for BGN 250 + preparation of an impossible to follow /and unhealthy/ diet for BGN 150. When I asked about estrogen testing along with testosterone, the answer was that she was a doctor, not me, and she knew better. You don't know anything, my girl...the control tests revealed a problem precisely in the balance between estrogen and testosterone! He prescribed glucophage, instead of glucophage hr, which was prescribed by both the first and the third endocrinologist. Of course, there are more side effects than normal glucophage, but you can't expect someone to tell you about it for 400 BGN. As for the diet, he prints out several pages of basic text and sits and scribbles what does not apply to the patient in question. 1500-1600 cc per day!!! People in a concentration camp get more calories! The last doctor I went to was taken aback by the inadequate examination, diet and medication prescribed by Maria Nikolova. They want a lot of money without offering absolutely no quality in return.. Regarding the beautician Veronika Kalcheva in the Pushkin branch - the cleaning of the face was of very poor quality and beaten (I had to clean it myself afterwards), and regarding the price - you go for a procedure with one price, after the procedure it turns out that they did another one for you something like the final price is 3 times higher than the initial one and they tell you this at the checkout after the procedures have already been done. I do not recommend!!! Dr. Nikolova doesn't care at all what time she called you, the first time I put up with her being 30 minutes late, the second time when she knocked ONE HOUR late I left!!! Total lack of respect and complete irresponsibility!

Doctors work on some weird schedules that they make 2 weeks in advance. When I call a month in advance there is no schedule, and when I call when they tell me the schedule will be out, there are no more hours. I do not recommend !!! Dr. Alexander Bocevski, absolutely no attention and conversation with the patient. He beats you literally for 6 minutes, he doesn't explain and when you ask questions he explains how great he was and that he was a urologist from 20 years old. He gave me a piece of paper after 6 minutes and sent me home. This was the worst and most inhumane urologist I have ever seen, but with the self-confidence of a "light", I have no problem that he is from Macedonia, this does not define the professionalism of the doctors, there are good and careful doctors and there are those like Bocevski. Doctor Valyanova said that he would not put sutures on me because of fat in my neck - to go for surgery. He said that the consultation is free, but they charged me 100 BGN for registration.

Here it seems that the commercial part is important! At least they understood. Just an advertisement!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the services I used during the "treatment" of my acne. I neither received an adequate diagnosis (causes) from Dr. Valyanova for my condition, nor any concrete treatment plan with successive steps of what, how and when should happen, but I was directly sent to the medical beautician, who convinces you with sweet talk, that it will help you precisely facial cleansing (understand indiscriminate squeezing and needling of inflamed pimples and smearing the face with products and acids that they have available) and laser, which should be done in a maximum of 2 weeks and their price is on average between BGN 500 and 600 per procedure. They explain to you exactly how a certain cosmetic will help you as a home treatment and you have to buy it, again the price range of a product is between 100 and 150 BGN. Finally, I completed this course of 5 such procedures, which also recommended following the home therapy with the "appropriate " cosmetics with a condition of the face that was many times worse than my first visit to them. To cap it all, the moment I expressed dissatisfaction with the result, I received a reply that claimed "things with acne prone skin are unpredictable and we have no explanation why this therapy does not work", which to me is unacceptable and an escape from responsibility. It's very interesting how at first they were 100 percent sure that this was the solution to the health problem I have, but after the procedures done, the money paid, which is in the thousands, and my assistance in doing everything they say, they have no idea why it isn't received. For a long time I wondered if I should even leave a review because I don't like to write negative ones, but it's important to me that other patients don't make the mistake of looking for a solution to their acne problem there and don't waste their time or money!! !... The prices are unrealistically high and the quality is low. I do not recommend! Better go to a urologist in a public hospital will do a better job and cheaper.
