I spoke with the receptionist on the phone and he made an appointment with a doctor for me the next day... I come to the doctor the next day, since I'm not from the city and I travel 25 km to come + I take into account that I have to leave my child. which is 1 year old And 2m for someone to look after him, and everyone in the family is at work during the week.. so it happened that his grandmother was resting and looking after him, very lucky. And on top of that, I come for an examination and at the registry they tell me that this doctor, with whom I supposedly had an appointment, arranged by phone, is not even in the office today.. I have no words for such irresponsibility.. and now someone from the family has to be absent again from work so I can go to the doctor... I'm fine 😤 Get yourself a registration in superdoc.bg at least so that people don't drive to the city in vain. Spend time and attention on patients, not on CLIENTS.. A very large part of the doctors in Pazardzhik do not have such a registration on this site and it is much more difficult for the patients to call the registry office or there for information, to reserve an appointment and behave disgustingly on the phone, as if they reached into the bowl with the food.. people invented it, come in a little while..... Extremely disappointed with Higia Pazardzhik. How is it possible that there is no pediatrician on Sunday who is on duty and available. Although every consultation takes place by appointment, there is a crowd of many waiting sick people, coughing, nervous, incl. standing. Counseling patients from the wards adds to the tension. I'm disgusted! After making an appointment over the phone for Dr. Spasova, and waiting for an hour afterwards, I was told that I had missed the deadlines for enrolling my child. I will try to get the consequences. Mess with people. Do not use their services!

The reception is a bit lame.

The phone service of the registry is under all criticism. They don't pick up the phone in time and hang up on you without confirming what they said, e.g. to confirm an appointment.

Fast and accurate.

The rehabilitation in Hygieia is the worst in the city. I had a broken finger, left crooked due to wrong kinesitherapy (one of the worst rehabilitators). The best rehabilitation remains in Health. There, kenesis therapy is on a completely different level.
