After many years of ineffective treatment of seborrheic dermatitis by dermatologists in August this year. I decided to go to a Trichologist. I wanted quick intervention and that's how I came to this facility. Earlier diagnosis by dermatologists - confirmed, home care cosmetics, tests ordered for internal causes and cleansing and regeneration-accelerating treatments. Of course, all this costs a lot of money, but I didn't spend that much on external preparations from dermatologists that helped temporarily. Over time, my treatment sessions with Mrs. Iza turned into an interdisciplinary therapy session, and as for the treatments themselves: full professionalism and attention to every detail. First of all, my quality of life has improved significantly, my self-confidence has returned, and there is no more itching or hair loss. Today I went to a spa with my daughter from Groupon. I haven't had such relaxation for a long time. Mrs. Karolina and Ewa would win the world championship in massage. Quality worth every price. We will definitely visit there again

Body massage performed carelessly and unprofessionally, even casually or without experience. I won't say your name because unfortunately the lady didn't introduce herself. Unfortunately, most of the 30-minute facial massage involved washing it off with tissues, not to mention the technique, of course. Unfortunately, a room with disco-style lighting does not relax, it even irritates (maybe that's just my opinion). I was lying on a small towel that did not cover the entire mattress - there was not even a disposable sheet. Very poor quality. I received the voucher as a gift, so I can only blame the buyers, but if someone wants to give a gift to their loved ones - you can easily find better services for this price. As a tip: keep an eye on the deadline - one day before the end you have to buy an additional service, which unfortunately is included in the duration of the 'ritual'. I made an appointment at this place using a popular website. I went to a trichologist who wasn't even a doctor. After a quick diagnosis, seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp was diagnosed. Cosmetics for over PLN 500/month + treatment PLN 200 (The trichologist misled the office, the lady at the reception said that the treatment costs PLN 200, not PLN 150, supposedly PLN 50, but in some way it shows the lack of organization. After about 2 weeks of use, the symptoms tripled. After consulting a TRICHOLOGIST, not a cosmetologist, it turned out that the drugs were much too strong. In the future, if someone wants professional help and not spending several hundred zlotys down the drain, I recommend looking for trichologists, not surly beauticians.... (Show more)

The service was at the highest level, especially two petite brunette ladies. It's a pity that there is no parking lot and artificial flowers... but when it comes to massage and body treatments, I recommend it 100%

The ladies at the clinic must have set a target because they push a lot of cosmetics (really a lot) without knowing the causes that may cause a given scalp disease. Since using everything I bought there, I have been suffering from a chronic disease which at that time had only mild symptoms that required relief, not the use of strong medications. Unfortunately, I trusted the ladies, which was a huge mistake. Ladies are not familiar with more extensive diagnostic knowledge, so I do not recommend this place, it would have been the same if I had tried to find trichological cosmetics myself, ordering them from websites intended for this purpose, and after my experience, I am almost 100% sure that I would have done it better than the employees of the Hialuron institute....
