Hest Bank Dental Centre

If you are a nervous dental patient this practice is for you. I used to be terribly apprehensive about dentists until I started coming here. They are so good at alleviating fears, real or imagined, brilliant team. Highly recommend.

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new dentist, I’m so glad I came across Hest bank dental care. All the staff were really helpful and friendly and I felt very much at ease once I entered the practice. Have already booked the rest of the family in. Definitely recommend.

I have never left a review but where else can I start but with five stars. The staff here are cheerful, very polite and professional, I have had dental anxiety for a long time and have always been terrified of stepping into dental practices, but not here. I have already had a bit of dental work done here and especially when I went in for a few root canals and some fillings a bit ago, as someone who has a condition that can be set off by dental work I was completely shocked at how painless the root canal procedures were especially, and I had no discomfort at all regarding the root canals or fillings in the following days which was a surprise as in the past I have had awful lingering pain from root canals. Also regarding the pain, they usually wait a bit until starting the work to make sure you are numbed up and they always check up on you to make sure you’re not in pain or uncomfortable during appointments. They also explain what they are doing and why, which I find can help ease you during procedures you may be anxious about. I have had a lot of appointments here recently but they have never made me feel anxious or silly for going in or for explaining my dental pain or asking questions regarding my dental health. The staff here are extremely thorough when checking via x-rays, cold test, checking bite etc. They are very helpful, they have never made me feel rushed during appointments and I have honestly been floored at how quick and efficient they are at scheduling appointments for you. They are always willing to answer your questions and explain to you any queries you may have, too. Because of them these days I am finally able to eat without pain and I am starting to feel confident in my smile again. I apologise for the lengthy review, but I would absolutely recommend Hest Bank to anyone looking for a new dental practice, as it has been worth every penny so far. Thank you all very much! ☺️... I switched to Stuart at Hest Bank Dental care after I moved areas. He was very professional and put me at ease straight away. I had to have a wisdom tooth removed and the after care Stuart provided was second to none.

Everyone’s really friendly and welcoming, always providing a professional service and making me feel at ease. Sofia did an amazing job, I was really pleased with the results of my Invisalign. Thank you!

Excellent Dental Practice, very professional and clean. They have a well organised reception team, with lots of staff working, so it’s easy to get an appointment. Everything is done in-house. They have the latest technology and 3D scanners, thus saving you time and travel expenses. I was a little bit nervous about getting surgery but Pinar and Darren put me at ease.... (Show more)

Had an appointment at the new hygiene clinic today, all the staff were really friendly and the surgery looked lovely, the hygienist beckie and her nurse were excellent
