Absolutely brilliant service from Reena. My colonic was a fun experience at the end as Reena and I talked throughout which helped take the focus off the procedure. Reena is knowledgeable calm and reassuring. I went to her during a liver cleanse and she knew all about what this entails despite it not being a requirement of her work. She also gave additional tips. Overall I recommend Reena for a colonic. Her experience shines in her method and in her wisdom of the body. Also have to mention how easy it was to park close by. Never had one before, and I was very nervous. Reena was so friendly and honest about each step. She talks you through it if you want, or talks about whatever to keep your mind off it. I’ve been to see Reena three times now and the treatment is very effective at easing stomach problems and pains. I’ve been to other clinics but Reena has 17 years experience and is far more effective than the other clinics I’ve tried. Procedure was easy and clean and I felt great afterwards.

I wanted to wait to review to see how the 6 months following the colonic was. Immediately after having the colonic the uncomfortable pain in my stomach just below my rib cage disappeared. And Immediately I stopped with the excessive gas I had been experiencing for years. During the colonic we had a good giggle because as embarrassing as it can be, reena was up for a laugh which made me feel more comfortable. Went for my first colonic procedure today. I was a bit nervous but Reena is so welcoming and puts you at ease straight away. Very professional service, everything clean and sanitised. Reena is very knowledgeable and great to chat to making the experience not awkward or embarrassing at all. I would recommend anyone trying it out at least once and haven’t stopped talking about it to anyone who will listen since! Went for my first ever colonic irrigation on Friday 24th February. I was put at ease by Reena who is extremely professional and talks you thought everything whilst it is happening. An absolute pleasure from start to finish. Reena was friendly and professional throughout, we had a quick consultation which talked me through the proceedure and answered any questions i had as this was my first time. Very clean and tidy premises which was easy to find due to Reena’s detailed directions which included where to find free parking. Well, what can I say . I had an appointment to see this lady at her surgery on Monday 12-09-22. I was almost bent double in pain from a blockage in my bowel . Nothing prescribed would shift the thing . I arrived over with duly signed off paper work and was greeted by Reena at the door . A most welcoming lady who with in minutes had settled my worries or fears I was having to have this procedure carried out. She is a most wonderful kind and thoughtful lady and carry's out her works to the highest professional standards. From the time I arrived to the time I left , which by the way seemed a very brief time but was in fact just over an hour . She kept talking to me explaining what was happening and reassurance from her was most welcoming . By the time the procedure had finished the congestion and pain had gone . I felt 100% better than I did walking in an hour ago . I also weighed myself when I went home and Reena had managed to remove 2lbs of pain from me . I felt amazing . Thank you so much .... Reena was absolutely amazing with me, I did struggle through the treatment as I had a lot of gas but after the treatment, I definitely felt a lot lighter!

Reena is a great, caring and professional person. She offers helpful advice and suggestions and always makes you feel at ease during treatments. She is prompt to respond to calls. We would highly recommend Reena to all our family and friends without a second thought.

I had my first treatment on Thursday. I was very nervous but was soon made to feel very at ease. Everything was explained in great detail. The treatment itself was uncomfortable at times but I expected that. With constant feed back and communication with reena I moved past these moments. The day after I felt very tired but today 2 days post treatment I feel incredible I’ve woken with such a clear mind. A drastically reduced tummy and no pains. I went for a consultation and explained in detail the problems I was having / experiencing. I was given clear information about what was likely to be the problem. I was given a running commentary (excellent and very helpful) about what was going on and its effect on me, as well as what was going to be achieved in addition to the effects on me. I was told, that I really need the treatment. I have improved quite a bit, but I am aware that a follow up treatment will be useful. I have no problem in recommending them. I had really pleased time in Hertfordshire Colonics ! It was so wonderful treatment done by Reena Patel - the most amazing person that I ever meet and I do really respect that she is so kind, funny doing Colonic Irrigation to me . Also I got lot of informations from her about my diet and what couse my bloating issues. I came there with being upset, having mood swings, feeling bloat most of the times. My acne was one of the thing that makes me embarrassed to feeling comfortable within me ,but Renna not only help me detox my body ,but also help me clear my emotions trough the conversation and helps me with my emotional locks .
