I’ve been going for facial at Herbaline for more than 3 years. Love this place. The facial is great & effective for my skin concern. The ambience is so relaxing. Highly recommended.
Not the best service. I already chose the package for my mom, then during facial session they ask to do another treatement and not being transparent about the price and what they do. Price higher then expected.
The ambient was very nice. The massage was very satisfying and relaxing. The staff were very helpful and did a good job delivering their services. There are also some interesting complementaries provided for the customers. Can't wait to come here again. :)
I visited the spa with my boss and few other colleagues. The staff and massues were friendly and commendable. We were welcomed with a warm herbal tea while one of the staff explained to us the services provided. I eventually chose to get a massage & was very much satisfied with it. Service was very good, with good ambience and super love the essential oil for the aromatherapy. Very nice massage. However our appointment was delayed for 30mins.

My favourite spa for facial & massage. The place comfort, nice interior. Please make reservation before coming. Price also affordable. Free fish spa with evert treatment.
Always enjoyed having my facials done here. Mum loved the body massage. There are complimentary fish reflexology treatment and herbal drinks too. Service is excellent. For customers above 50 years old, facials above RM100 is given a discount of 50%.
Seriously nice experience....first time i am having spa time...really worth the money i spend....very happy and relaxed.....release stress from my studies....really like the fish spa....actually tat wat i want....but its complimentary....so i take massage...i got fish spa free...really love the experience with fish ....the sis tat massage me was so nice and humble...If i would spend rm 98 again....i will for sure...loved the massage....calm place with nice background music...feel really really relaxed....will bring my mom when she comes kuantan....so she will experience also.......
