I could not be any happier with the orthodontic work provided by Dr. Vora. He made sure that I understood exactly what needed to be done and communicated effectively through the entire process. This clinic is very down to earth they understand that everyone has a budget even though a perfect smile is priceless. Their doctors will tell you exactly what you need without overselling but they also don't cut corners. Very satisfied with the results and the aftersale service.

It took 10 years to be approved for invisilign. (Every other place wanted me to get jaw surgery) I am now 9 months into my Invisilign treatment with Helio Orthodontics and while I still have a few more months to go, I’d be happy walking out now with the amazing changes I’ve already seen! I came to Helios for Clear Correct aligners after investigating them at a few locations. Right from my first appointment, Dr. Lam and the team have been welcoming and professional. I've appreciated the detailed and pressure-free advice, and how Dr. Lam worked to personalise my treatment. I always felt like he had my best interests at heart. Highly recommend!

I would highly highly recommend this place! I am so grateful for Dr. Lam's work. He is a perfectionist like myself! I am still in the progress of closing the tiniest gap between my teeth. All the staff here are so nice and skilled and I am so grateful for Dr.Lam to have taken me as his patient to finish my Invisalign after my previous orthodontist passed away. I have always wanted to straighten my teeth since I was a young teenager but but could never afford it. I’m happy to be living the life I wanna be today and achieving my lil goal of aligned teeth and more confidence :) <3

I think Helios Orthodontics has the best service I have ever received anywhere. They care about your concerns and give you all the best options for your specific case. They put your best interests at the forefront. This is very difficult to find anywhere, but they do it at Helios! I went in with a problem with my retainer - I had left it behind for two weeks and it was no longer closing my gap. The people there were so kind and understanding, and charged me $0 for the adjustment to my retainer! They did an amazing job, and my gap closed within two days. On top of that, they were so considerate with the time I had available and worked very efficiently and promptly. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. Of course I felt the need to pay at least something, but they told me the first adjustment is free of charge. It fixed my problem perfectly. What I like most about this place is how highly they prioritize your concerns. They really want you to be happy with your smile more than anything else, and I appreciate that. The doctor is so attentive to details and shows great understanding of your problem areas, despite how small they may be. I would recommend Helios to anyone looking for an orthodontist, they are just simply the best!! Thanks so much to everyone at Helios, definitely the go-to Orthodontists in Vancouver. Dr. Lam is incredible, I cannot recommend him enough. I went to see him for a second opinion on an upper retaining wire adjustment. He saw me promptly, his staff were incredibly friendly, and he correctly diagnosed and treated my problem in the same appointment. I just got my braces off and the results turned out amazing! I'm so glad that I chose Dr. Lam as my orthodontist. He's the definition of perfection; reliable, responsible, and above all honest (very important!). He's extremely resourceful like nothing could ever prevent him from achieving his dream results for me! His assistant Sha was also a godsend; she's the sweetest dental assistant I've ever experienced! I literally felt blessed every time she's doing her job!
