I would like to share my experience with Helen. The first time I went to Helen was to have my eyebrows fixed. Not long after my mother got diagnosed and had to start chemo soon. I called Helen and she immediately cleared a space to book my mother in to have her eyebrows tattooed. I remember being so grateful that Helen was able to give my mum that bit of confidence in preparation for her hair loss. Thankyou Helen! I have been seeing her for a few years now and I can honestly say I put my whole trust into her. Not only is she incredibly professional and knowledgable she also genuinely cares! She takes the time to listen to your concerns and advises to your needs. Total perfectionist! We started with eyebrows, facials, botox and now working on my health. I signed up for a Byonik facial course and I can’t believe how youthful my skin looks after only 3 sessions. The best part is that the facial is no invasive and comes with amazing results. I highly recommend.

Came to Helen for thread vein laser treatment on leg and nose. Only had it done yesterday so need to wait but one patch on side of my nose disappeared immediately!! Tried various other companies/treatments for last year and no one could get rid of it. Hoping will have same results with the other thread veins in next week. Thank you. I saw Helen for semi-permanent makeup and got my eyebrows done. Helen was very professional, but also really nice. She was pleasant to speak to while I had my brows done, and at my 6 week checkup she actually managed to remember things we'd spoken about weeks ago. Which was a really nice thing, as I'm sure she has loads of clients. As for the brows themselves I am REALLY happy with the results. They look beautiful, and exactly as I expected. 10/10 I have been raving about Helen and my experience to all my friends and family. I travel a lot and it’s been really hard for me to find an injector that understands my vision and needs but that I also trust their judgement. I am more permanently based in Thailand but travel to the UK to see Helen because she fits all those requirements I find most valuable in an injector. Can’t wait for my next appointment. I have ADHD and had ptsd anxiety and depression in the past. I have had 5 sessions of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and feel so positive about the whole experience. The ladies at the clinic are so lovely and supportive. I feel so calm and grounded at the end of the session. I believe this has the potential to be life changing for me. After I was due to have more surgery and after the wound not healing well from the previous surgery in the same area I thought I would try Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment (HBOT) to see if it made a difference. I am so pleased to say it made a significant difference to the healing, it is the only thing I can put it down to. Wasted a year having laser hair removal here. Hasn't removed hair. Treated by so many different people with different techniques because the staff turnover is so high. My tattoo has been permanently damaged. A family member had laser treatment here to remove a mark on her face which also didn't work. Very upset and disappointed that I have wasted so much money.... I had my second Secret pro treatment yesterday. I have to say it was carried out with great care and professionalism. All efforts were made to ensure that I was comfortable and secure with the treatment. It's probably early to see changes but I do feel my skin is firmer. A positive experience. 😁 …

I visited the clinic a day ago to have my fifth infrared sauna. As usual it was a clean, quiet, relaxing space with water provided. The heat is a comfortable, relaxing heat that can be adjusted to suit your own personal needs. I just relaxed and let the sauna do it’s work, It was a good experience to have. I have already felt some benefits. My sleep patterns are improving and I have noticed a difference in my skin. It also gives a feeling of wellbeing such as one experiences after a good swim!!!!
