This doctor is saw seemed to know what he was doing. Always good when you meet a doctor for the first time. Liked the exercises he gave . We will wait for the results.

I was surprised to discover that it is very hard to find an audiologist that will test children 5 and under in Edmonton. I had made an appt with another place but the it was for a couple months away and I needed it sooner. Hearing Care's Office returned my call and was able to get me in within the week. Was having a serious problem with my old hearing aids, help was not forthcoming from my previous audiologist. My daughter passed the name of this clinics Whitecourt office, he was extremely helpful in explaining because of the power of my hearing aids I should have had the moulded ear pieces. Dr. Saindane went above and beyond even before I became a patient at his clinic. We were looking for someone who understood my condition and would be able to help in treating it. We reached out to him through emails and he responded quickly with information that showed he was very knowledgable and in a way we could understand. From my very first appointment with him he has been very attentive, caring and patient.(I ask a lot of questions) And he continues to explain things thoroughly and in a way that I can easily understand. I have been dealing with severe hearing loss for more than 10 years now, but was able to manage well despite my condition by lip reading. Unfortunately, COVID made it extremely hard for all hearing impaired individual like me to lip read. I went here for my hearing test and I have nothing but praise for Dr. Saindane. He is very patient and knowledgeable despite me asking too many questions about hearing aids and hearing loss. I took my children here for hearing screenings and had a great experience. Dr. Devendra Saindane was excellent with them all. He explained to each of them what he was doing and was very encouraging. When we left my daughter even said "that was fun!".
