A great place for jaw repair! And it almost doesn't hurt at all :) In fact, you can comprehensively repair your teeth here and provide high-quality services. I recommend it for children and adults. I will add that Dr. Zawadzki is a great surgeon, not only does he perform procedures efficiently, but he also really cares about the patient's comfort. Mr. Jakub Bukowski is a great professional, the dental visit was carried out with care and reliability unparalleled by other doctors. After a thorough interview and examination, he suggested the possible cause of pain in healthy teeth, which had not been found in the previous dental office I had previously visited (there, I was supposed to start root canal treatment despite no evidence of tooth decay): jaw clenching at night and muscle pain. I followed this lead and, thanks to Mr. Jakub's advice, I am now attending physiotherapy in this area, where it turned out that I actually have quite serious problems in this area. I am grateful for this guidance and I think it proves the broad perspective and knowledge of this doctor, whom I will be visiting regularly from now on and recommending. :) The ladies at the reception were not as nice as I dreamed of a perfect dental clinic. ;)... I was assured over the phone when making an appointment that the dentist had experience with small children and the cost of the visit was PLN 130. Once there, it turned out that the dentist's office looked like a standard one for adults. Only when the baby started crying were the books and the teddy bear brought. The dentist and the assistant tried very hard, but I think they had no experience with a 1.5-year-old child. Additionally, after the visit, it turned out that the cost was PLN 150. Unfortunately, I cannot remain indifferent to the completely unreflective response to my wife's opinion regarding the visit we both attended with our 1.5-year-old child. It seems understandable to me to expect that a facility that offers visits for very young children will have a room adapted for such visits. Your answer sounds like it's some kind of whim. We were aware that the child's reaction to the visit may vary, which is obvious due to age. In our opinion, this visit was not organized as well as it could have been. The first interaction with the child immediately caused him to cry, and later the only thing that could be done was to save the situation, e.g. the assistant was surprised that she had to bring a teddy bear to the room. In terms of price, if you receive information over the phone that the price is exactly PLN 130. it should be PLN 130. especially since we shared our negative comments with the receptionist. If the price is within a range, it should be explained why this particular amount is due. To sum up, in our opinion this is not a suitable place for a visit with a small child, although we do not deny the competence of the crew, there are definitely a few things to improve here.... It may not be the cheapest place for treatment, but it must be admitted that it is a professional facility. The ladies at the reception will always help, appointments are additionally confirmed the day before, and in case of significant delays, you will receive information. In case of sudden problems, there is always help. I've been getting my teeth treated here for some time and it's a really good center with a team of qualified specialists. Overall, I consider the Healthy Smile Center to be a really good clinic. A few years ago I had orthodontic treatment there and everything was great. But now I don't know what to think. After completing a filling in a tooth treated with a root canal (over 10, if not more years ago), unfortunately, the tooth problems returned. Since it started to hurt, I called to make an appointment. When I entered the doctor's office, she very matter-of-factly explained to me that she was unable to help me and I should go to another doctor from this clinic. She looked at the tooth and said it was inflamed, which I expected anyway because the tooth hurts. The visit (maybe lasting 10 minutes?), which only informed me that I should go to another doctor, cost PLN 100. The date was set for January (also only for a consultation as to whether the tooth can be saved at all), and the patient was left with a toothache. Perhaps more effort should be made at the registration stage to refer the patient to the appropriate doctor, and if the patient has not already been seen by the right doctor, perhaps the tooth should be protected with anti-inflammatory or analgesic drugs until the next visit.... It has been 2 years since I completed comprehensive treatment at CZU. I am extremely glad that this clinic was recommended to me because it was here that I was repaired everything that the "smiths" in Great Britain had managed to botch for 10 years. The whole process was stretched over time because I had to come to Krakow for visits several times a year, but thanks to the CZU team, we managed to handle it logistically and it was really worth going through. I had a total of a dozen visits, the main person conducting the treatment was Dr. Paweł Grzegorczyk - a very positive, specific guy with great energy who is probably one of the best specialists in the country. Each visit was conducted in a great atmosphere, I never once felt any pain/discomfort. The procedures for removing wisdom teeth or inserting implants by other doctors from CZU were extremely pleasant and lasted much shorter than you might think. Each time there was great fear first and then laughter! And root canal treatments with Dr. Trawińska were so blissful that I fell asleep several times 🤣 Everything was always explained to me exactly what, how and for how much, and I was allowed to decide whether I wanted something or not. For me, it was worth the full treatment and spending the money because my ordeal was over and it may sound funny but I forgot I had teeth 😉 Now I just need to take care of the effect and once a year I go for a check-up + hygiene. Both my first visit to Dr. Bukowski a few weeks ago and yesterday's visit went great. The doctor slowly and comprehensively discussed the problems he saw and suggested appropriate action. In my opinion, it was the most thorough inspection I have ever had in my life. I am also very pleased with my visit to the hygienist Małgosia. Ms. Małgosia provided detailed oral hygiene instructions, with particular emphasis on the retainer area, which was very informative and will certainly make my daily hygiene easier. It was a beautiful visit, I will never forget it :) I recommend it to everyone who has a moral problem and hasn't been to the dentist for a long time - painless, professional and you don't have to sell a plot of land near Wrocław (reasonable price in the sense) :D

During the consultation, I did not receive a clear answer as to whether the tooth qualified for treatment or extraction. CBCT and RVG photos were taken and I was referred to a dental surgeon to assess the degree of tooth destruction under the filling (resorption). I believe that the assessment of qualifications for treatment is within the competence of the dentist (endodontist) and a consultation with a surgeon can be treated as an additional one, which generates additional costs and waiting for an appointment.... I highly recommend! The appointment was scheduled quickly, the ladies at the reception were helpful and friendly. Dr. Trawicka-Kaczor is a specialist in his field, he treats patients very carefully and explains things very well.
