Dr Neviene Bishay
Dr. Bishay graduated in 2003. She is an American Dental Boards Certified Dentist and holds an ADA Infection Control Certificate. She attended various courses in the States and Canada where she lived most of her life and she came back to her home land to open a second branch in Zamalek. She is a cosmetic dentist meaning she specialize in making you have a Hollywood Smile including crowns, veneers, orthodontic treatments including Clear Acrylic retainers to straighten your teeth, ZOOM bleaching, implants, rotary root canal treatments and a lot more!
Really excellent place and very good staff
I chose Healthy Smile because of its location and the good reviews I’d read. The price of the root canal was reasonable. The clinic was a bit hard to find but other than this, everything was okay. I had pain in my jaws! Turned out to be a root canal. Treatment was done perfectly and no pain during operation. Then Dr Bishay prescribed some medication to follow then I came for a filling and a beautiful crown. Job all in all took one week!!! Fast efficient and no pain! Great work! Staff is professional! I suffered for a couple of months from a crown on my front tooth which was not the proper color nor shape, which caused me a lot of embarrassment. I nearly stopped smiling for several months! Dr. Neveen was able to fix this situation easily. I wish I knew about the clinic earlier. She is a very friendly, charming, and amazing doctor. I usually get panic attacks when going to dentists, but the clinic's warm and friendly atmoshphere puts you at great ease. I wanted perfect, Victoria Secret model type teeth, super youthful and alluring. Dr. Bishay knew all the latest techniques to achieve the look I wanted! I got 6 crowns on my front teeth to enlarge them and the crowns will last forever. I love my new look. In Canada the same procedure would have cost at least $10,000, but here it was a fraction of the cost with super knowledge and quality. It's definitely worth the trip!... (Show more)

Best dentist in Egypt, hands down. I have been through hell for a genetic issue for almost 20 years, they took care of it pain-free in 2 hours, friendly, professional, helpful and puts your comfort first. Finally I look forward to a dentists appointment!
I was pleased with the root canal I had done on 1 tooth. A specialist was brought in. He was complete and went deep enough to make sure he got all of the infection. I had no pain when the anesthesia wore off. I've been having trouble scheduling a follow-up appointment. With the owner gone, the office seems to quit functioning.
The results are great. The treatment was superb. The dentist who performed the procedure was extremely friendly and made sure that I understand each step. He also gave clear instructions on what to be done after the procedure and specifically on what to be avoided in order to get the best results.

Great. I went for veneers but ended up with basic fillings and clear braces. Dr. Neveen is very talented and her work is art.sure I will go there whenever I need something done for my teeth.
I contacted Healthy Smile in the morning on a Monday, and by Tuesday afternoon, all my treatment was complete! This included a consultation, a cleaning, bleaching and a filling. I had a filling in one of my front teeth that was a different color from the rest of my teeth and it was sort of globby. It looked awful and I've wanted to get it fixed for years but have been worried about the price tag and pain involved. I am so glad I finally got it fixed! Dr. Bishay did an excellent job matching the new filling to my now white teeth (after the bleaching) and she was a perfectionist when it came to the shape and color to make sure it would look natural. Now, I can't even tell that I have a filling in that tooth! And, it didn't hurt at all. I really never felt the slightest bit of pain during the drilling - the local anaesthesia was good and strong! The office was very clean and the staff was amazing and friendly. Also, I got the bleaching done at a discount they were running, so the whole kit of treatments only cost me about 1200 LE! That would be completely unheard of in the states. I would highly recommend Healthy Smile.... (Show more)

Well i was not able to catch up with my teeth whitening treatment there ,what i am mentioning here us the fact that the Doc called herself to check why i didn't come for an appointment ,as i was trying to book one online ,was really quiet friendly and is a sign of a very good patient satisfaction ,i will definitely go for check up there sometime ,for expats , English speakers and travelers ,it is highly recommended ,you won't find such europrean follow up standards much in Cairo ,i tell you so :) good luck...
