Health on Hand - Leicester

I was recommended by a friend and her husband who have been seeing Thomas at Health on Hand for a number of years. Having issues with my left side and shoulder pain. After the first session I felt a difference, my body felt centralised, like both feet were on the ground properly, which I didn't realise was an issue. Thomas gave me lots of information to help me understand what would help me and also a few daily exercises/stretches to do. He also asked for details of my home office setup, to take to my next appointment, to help tweak any areas which may add/cause problems. I now go every 10 to 12 weeks for maintenance, I ask questions which relate to the current regular tasks or hobbies I am doing, and Thomas gives me advice and exercises, to ensure I am doing my best to look after my body. The reception staff are very welcoming, nice to chat to Soraya and the team, I look forward to my appointments, I feel much better after each one and wish I had started years ago. Thomas is good otherwise I wouldn’t even give one star. Receptionist is rude and immature (Thomas you need to send them for additional training on how to speak to your customers) No complaint policy in place. Forces you to put 5 stars reviews for a small amount of discount.

Really informative sessions, Mo is extremely supportive and guides me through everything. It was recommended to me from a friend and I definitely recommend it.

This is for a truly gifted man - Mohammed (chiropractor ) The man has magic in his hands!! I struggled from walking for nearly 3 months before visiting him. With just 4 visits, I’m completely cured and zooming again 😊! Don’t think twice to see him!! Nick name - MAGIC HANDS sums it up!!!

I had incredible experience at Health on Hand for years. The service is exceptional, and the staff are incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. From the moment I walk in, I feel welcomed and at ease. The chiropractor (Mohammed) took the time to thoroughly assess my concerns and explain each step of the process with clarity. Not only did he provide effective treatment that alleviates my discomfort, but he also offers valuable advice for maintaining spinal health. The results are outstanding—I leave feeling rejuvenated and with a noticeable improvement in my posture and overall well-being. I had a great first time experience at Health on Hands, the chiropractor Mo was excellent and really took the time to thoroughly assess the root cause to my back pain. I’ve been using health on hand for over ten years they have kept me going when at times due to health issues not being able to walk or straighten my back They have alway got me back walking normally with in a couple of weeks and I have been in some states over the years They are always professional and willing to help I would highly recommend this practice has there staff are great at what they do best that is get you back to normal in has little time as possible Give Thomas a try or any of there staff you want be disappointed in the results... Excellent service! I have struggled with sacroiliac pain for a long time and have only ever had temporary fixes. I've been attending this clinic less than two months and the problem has improved drastically already. It's about time I reviewed this exceptional clinic! I have suffered with neck and mid-back pain since starting work. I was skeptical at first as my pain returned soon after my first session. It is a steady process. You have to be patient and invest that money for the long-term. I was treated by Thomas and couldn't praise him enough. He was always polite, professional and thorough. He even taught me rehab exercises to do at home to reduce the frequency of treatments - A very honest professional. On one occasion where I had severe acute pain and could not get an appointment urgently, Thomas called me to discuss the issues and gave telephone advice.
