I really love these classes with Carl. I've been coming along since January and am really noticing the difference in my body now, less back pain, more flexibility etc. Carl is a great teacher - very welcoming, down to earth and realistic about the abilities of each attendee - he adapts the practice so that whoever is in the class that day is able to manage the various poses. I find it challenging without being off-putting and Carl is also very non judgemental if anyone is struggling to do something, he offers adaptations and suggestions including things to do at home between classes. I’ve been struggling with a painful neck and shoulders for years since getting whiplash in a car accident. Caroline’s massage helped to ease most of the discomfort away. Care and consideration were paramount throughout. A thorough treatment. Felt like new! I would highly recommend. Thanks.

I followed a recommendation from instagram for my first visit. The venue has a gorgeous seasonal window display and is easy to find. The venue is modern, well kept and smells really nice. The treatment room was well equipped, welcoming and I was given a bottle of mineral water. The consultation was very professional and thorough, I was given a full assessment of my posture and alignment in preparation for the treatment. Afterwards I felt so relaxed and very productive and then I got quite emotional so don’t plan social events after perhaps. I was quite sore the next day, the masseuse advised me to stay hydrated and rest which is very welcome. I got some bath salts to have a really good soak.... (Show more)

I came with my disabled son, to try acupuncture for his painful back. Claire was amazing from start to finish, she made us feel so at ease. Would highly recommend.

I had the best of both Acupuncture and Massage with Caroline. I really liked how Caroline took the time to find out what I needed from the session. She was very welcoming, friendly and helpful especially being my first time at the studio and never having acupuncture before. After the treatment I felt the tension in my neck, shoulders and back ease as well as feeling very relaxed and stress free. I slept amazing that night too. I’ll definitely be back again... I've been going to Hazel's pilates class for several years. It is a friendly, relaxing class and Hazel allows you to work at your own pace while still encouraging you to push yourself that little bit further. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed Pilates with Hazel on Monday evenings, Hazel is very welcoming and friendly so makes you feel at ease. She makes everything clear and checks throughout the class to make sure everyone is ok.

Claire and all the Healing Flow team are so kind, caring, knowledgeable and adaptable to deliver exactly what you need. I have been several times for acupuncture with some additional massage and each appointment has been brilliant. I would 100% recommend and am happily a repeat customer.

Had an amazing facial. The therapist Clare was excellent. She tailored the facial to my needs and fully explained the procedure. The ambience of the room was excellent. It had a heated bed with lovely spa music. I felt totally relaxed when my treatment had finished. I would highly recommend.
