Just wanted to say a big thank you to Physio Evie Spreadbury of Head to Toe Physio Clinic. She has recently treated my 14 year old daughter. Evie identified the issue. She has a great demeanour, and quickly built up a rapport with my daughter. She provided clear guidance on what my daughter needed to do, giving her a realistic amount of exercises to complete between visits. Result is the issue has pretty much resolved and my daughter knows what to do in order to not get this injury again.... (Show more)

I have used Head2Toe several times and every member of staff has been amazing. Currently I’m with Grace Fisher who is not only a skilled, attentive and thoughtful Physiotherapist but a genuinely lovely person to have looking after you both following knee surgery but also keeping you well and fit.

Evie is a life saver! I was in so much pain with my neck and headaches, but after just one session Evie released a trapped nerve, and after the second session, relaxed some overtight muscles. Can't wait to see what magic she has instore for the third session. 100% recommend booking if you need a physio.... (Show more)

Over the years, pretty much everyone in my family has seen Sam - we are a sporty family so it is only natural to pick up injuries. He is skilled at putting people at ease, getting to the heart of questioning and assessment whilst involving the patient in analysing the findings. As a physio myself - I can spot a good clinician and have recommended Sam to my friends over the years too.... (Show more)

I can't recommended Sam Boden highly enough as his thorough assessment of my elbow injury which had been going on for about 6 months led to a correct diagnosis of the pain and lack of range in my elbow. His intervention means I am now about to have surgery to regain full movement in my arm and hopefully be without pain for the first time in a year. Thank you Sam!... (Show more)

I've had two breaks over the last few years and have seen Sam for both of them and would highly recommend him. He is the consummate professional as well as a warm human being. He treats you as an individual, listens to what you say, and gives you the confidence to overcome difficulties.

Had a wrist injury that had been bugging me for years, went and saw Alex at Head2Toe and he had it sorted out within a couple months. Will definitely be going back with any future problems.

Outstanding physios, in the last few years I’ve had to visit more often than I’d hope for thanks to mountain biking related injuries and every time I’ve been given the gift of be able to hurt myself again. All jokes aside my most recent injury I was recommended to see Alex by Lead physio Sam. The treatment I received and professional advice moving forward has been priceless. I recommend them too all my friends and family and for anyone reading this feeling apprehensive about where to go for physio or sports massage, Alex is your guy.... (Show more)

Many thanks to Sam, who diagnosed my tennis elbow, Evie for the soft tissue massage on it and Anna for the 8 acupuncture sessions, which got me back onto a padel tennis court and pain free. I was fully aware that tennis elbow isn’t quick to fix but with their co-ordinated help, advice on rest then specific strength exercises, I was back playing in 9 weeks.... (Show more)
