HDC Kladno

I know how hard it is to find a dentist these days. But I would like everyone to have a dentist like Dr. Čičmanec. Always great care! And today's stool pulling was just a perfect job, all worries were completely unnecessary. So 1 star for me!!

I have a positive experience and can only recommend HDC Kladno. Both with a visit to the hygiene department, where they did a precise job, and with a visit to Dr. Čičmanec, who takes care of me as if they were his teeth.

I have been going to the doctor for several years. Waiting in the doctor's office typically takes several hours. Sometimes the wait got even longer because a TV celebrity appeared in the door and got priority. The very act of drilling and placing the seal took a few minutes. After the doctor decided to put a crown on one of my teeth and left me with an open chipped tooth for 14 days, when even breathing was sensitive, I decided to change doctors. I learned from the new doctor that one tooth is completely lost and there are cavities under all 10 fillings, so they need to be re-drilled and replaced with new fillings, I decided to do this review. Now half of my teeth have been repaired, along with a lot of pain and wasted tens of thousands of crowns. I advise everyone to avoid the doctor.... (Show more)

Professional and experienced staff, pro-client approach, willingness, hard work, friendliness. All necessary modern facilities and equipment. Constant self-development and adaptation to the most modern trends in dentistry. I won't go anywhere else. They can do everything here from fillings to completely new beautiful teeth.... (Show more)

Don't expect any human behavior. :)

I am only sharing my subjective opinion after today's visit. Hygiene for 600 CZK lasted a maximum of 15 minutes. I experienced that for the first time. The receptionist made a mistake and wrote someone else instead of me, so Mrs. Čičmancová apparently wanted to handle 2 clients at the same time. The hygiene was so poor and unprofessional that I felt rather that I had been robbed of the 600 crowns. I was used to paying 1500 CZK for an hour-long visit and really honest and precise work. I'm never going there again! The only reason why I went to HDC was that I didn't want to go to Prague.... (Show more)
