Hazelwood Dental Practice

Nice clean business. I was referred here by my dentist as I had to have a procedure which requires a specialist. Had a root canal removed and replaced, and the only pain I felt was the injection to knumb the area! Would recommend this dental practice.

I received 5 star service from the team at Hazelwood practice. All concerns and questions were answered in a timely manner with care and attention. My appointments were always on time and never over ran or rescheduled. Dr Hussain is very professional in a relaxed and calming manner. I was so nervous going in this morning. I had been battling this particular issue for about 5 weeks! My usual dentist had done his absolute best The staff here were very welcoming ,calming and re assuring! Then I met the Dentist and Nurse, again very nervous.The calming and reassuring followed through, in less than 30mins it was all over! Femi was very skilled,efficient and confident. A year ago, the doctor referred me. To this dentist, they told me. We are not aware of their response time. Anyway, a year has passed. And I am very sad and most of my teeth are broken and the hole is caused by that broken tooth. Anyway, they called me after a year. And the turn for about 3 weeks later. When I asked them, what is the reason for all these delays? They gave the excuse of Corona. If the corona is over, the last vaccine was given about 2 years ago. In short, he could not answer. I asked to speak with the management. When I spoke with a lady named Maria Georgia. He was very angry and violent. You constantly ask if you want a turn or not. When I said, you don't understand my question. He hung up the phone three times. I called again and asked her to ask the reason for disconnecting the phone, she disconnected again. I called again and he said you spoke badly to my colleague and we will not give you a turn. He hung up the phone quickly. While I asked why I have to wait a year for a dentist. Well, such harsh and ugly behavior from the staff and even the management of Mrs. Maria makes the patients angry. Miss Maria was not polite. And he never answered me. And hung up the phone several times. I hope someone from the general management has an answer for Mrs. Maria's ugly behavior with me. He told me that we will not give you a turn. Because I told him I want to write a report on the website. No matter how busy they are. He is not allowed to hang up on me multiple times. That was not very polite of him. He is very rude . Disabled wheelchair user attended for complex root canal treatment. Dignified treatment by reception staff, especially Claudia who carefully attended to every need with great kindness and support. NHS patient treated as respectfully and professionally as a private patient. Every attention was given to patiently supporting the transfer from wheelchair to dentist chair. All patient concerns and requests regarding comfort and additional support throughout the procedure were attended to quickly and effectively. Dr. Sachin and nurse Shamsi worked seamlessly and the procedures looked like poetry in motion to the observing carer of patient. Totally recommended.... (Show more)

I live in Muswell Hill and have benefited from treatment at Hazelwood Dental Practice for the last nine months. Initially, Dr Rahman performed root canal treatment. Given she saved a tooth, I then asked Dr Georghiou to replace fillings. He also inserted a complex crown. I have had excellent dental treatment on Harley St, in Muswell Hill, Paris, Hong Kong, and Vienna. The quality of service at Hazelwood matches all past experiences. Started my implant journey in 2022..I needed a full set of implants…Mr Azaria and his team made me feel comfortable from day 1…..a year on and I have finished my treatment and very happy to say I have my smile back

I was referred here by my dentist, and although I did not receive treatment, just an examination and x-ray taken, the receptionist was very friendly, helpful and professional. They kindly sent me my x-ray scan so that I can send to another dentist to review and also sent me my referral information when I requested it. I had a great experience with Dr. Hussein as my consultant. My new caps and implants feel as natural as my own teeth. The six-week review showed they were healing as well as expected.
