Always a professional but friendly atmosphere. Excellent treatment. Excellent advise given on keeping your teeth in good condition. A pleasure to go there.
I can't praise this surgery more highly. From when I first contacted speaking with Becky on reception to dental surgeon Lucas each was very informative, warm and friendly. Lucas took me through each stage of my consultation and what he advised was the way forward to support my teeth and mouth. I came away with a huge cloud lifted and feeling happier than I had been in ages, having been as it were in the doldrums regarding dentistry. My sincere thanks to all.... (Show more)

Sorry, but I can't bring myself to say that I love the dentist, hence four stars. Yes, going private is expensive, but I don't cope well with dental pain and can't wait weeks for an appointment with the NHS dentist. I'm happy with the work I've had done here, and I plan to stick with them for the time being.... (Show more)

Iam sure Iam not the only one who fears a visit to the dentist, But with Carl and his wonderful staff at Haynes Rd. Dental Practice I find myself feeling less stressed than at any previous dentist I have been to. Absolutely 100% recommended.
I am a regular patient. I have had fillings, X-Rays, crowns, bridges, root canal and more. If you want the best then this is simply The best. Carl Roberts is the most careful, understanding, kind and patient dentist I have ever met in my 57 years. He explains everything and shows you what and why he is doing things, he <$_3> and makes you feel so comfortable while horrible things happen to your mouth! Only two days ago he gave me an anesthetic injection I didn't feel going in or coming out, now that's genius. If you want your dental treatment to be what you dream of then he is your man, I can't recommend him, and his team, highly enough.... (Show more)
Check up and advice for future treatment. I was offered excellent advice to replace dentures and all options were well explained. As soon as I entered the building I was made welcome and after a few minutes in the reception area I was made to feel at ease. If you need advice / work then this is the practice to visit. Great staff and the whole experience was comfortable as it appeared to be informal but informative at the same time. Great value for money. I contacted this practice as it was recommended to me, I can now also recommend it to anybody that is a little nervous and would like to be made feel at ease. I can categorically without any hesitation recommend Haynes Road Clinic - Dr Roberts is absolutely fantastic - I have been with him for 17 years and would not change for all the tea in China. The reception I received was absolutely fantastic - this is a warm, friendly and professional clinic which I would highly recommend to everyone - even my son who had to seek psychiatric help when he was a teenager from a friend of a dentist in Hertfordshire some 17 years ago - happily goes to Carl Roberts.
