I wanted to make an appointment with this doctor, but the German lady who answered the phone really annoyed me. As I tried to communicate with her, she laughed in my face. I asked for an appointment for 19.02 and she replied several times that it would not be possible, because they no longer had availability on that date. I asked to speak to your manager, a lady replied, who introduced herself as such, I don't know if it really is! This lady, initially, wanted me to believe that I had imagined everything. Then he said his German colleague wasn't laughing at me. I don't find this attitude professional! I mentioned this and then, strangely, they found an appointment available for 19.02. I immediately called back to cancel because you don't treat people like that! If you have problems with Italians, perhaps you should work elsewhere! Because there are so many of us in German-speaking Switzerland! I don't know the doctor, but maybe should monitor the team better! This way you lose potential patients!!... (Show more)
The sofa in the waiting room is very uncomfortable. The seat is too long. With Dr. med. I am very satisfied with Monika Preston.
Both doctors I met at the clinic were very personable and informative.
I was there once and never again. Nobody cares about you as a patient, you are just seen as a money maker and treated with the worst service. I had to wait for over an hour and in the end the doctor didn't even look at my skin, he just assumed something and sold me a lot of medication that I've needed for weeks and had no results. I have the feeling that this is only done so that you can go back and pay for everything again and so on.... (Show more)
I was treated there for desensitization for a year before I finally switched to another practice. Wrong appointments were made, I was given incorrect or contradictory information about the treatment process, unnecessary procedures were carried out to remove moles, there were a total of 4 unannounced changes of doctors, etc. I tried to address problems but was mostly dismissed in a very unfriendly manner and was told blamed for the problems. Overall, I felt very uncomfortable in the Skin Center.... (Show more)
I made an appointment and waited almost a month for it. On the day I had my appointment, I left and was told at reception that the doctor wasn't there and that you had already informed me (by phone) what was happening was not the case.Secondly, you wait 10-15 minutes in the waiting room, which is ok, but an additional 40 minutes in the treatment room for the doctor. Unfortunately, I will no longer be a patient at this practice and would not recommend it.... (Show more)
incredibly unprofessional handling, not recommended at all, dirty and messy.
Dear readers After a long time, I wanted to have my moles checked for malignancy again. Then, on the recommendation of the first doctor, I decided to have two potentially malignant moles on my back removed and she circled them and took a photo for me. On the scheduled day of the operation, I was treated by a second doctor who then removed two moles. At home I noticed in the mirror that one of the two moles did not match what was actually discussed. I then reported this to the third doctor at the next appointment to have the stitches removed, who unfortunately did not want to properly address my problem and pointed out the responsibility of others. After further complaints, I finally received a call back from the second doctor and the explanation was that each doctor would take another close look at the moles before the operation. I tried to request my medical history in writing over the phone, which you refused to give me because of excuses, even though I am legally authorized to do so (as far as I know). In general, communication in practice is not optimal and clearly needs improvement. Because a different doctor treats me every time and the staff on the hotline is constantly busy and not that motivated, it was really difficult for me to even find a contact person. I will visit another dermatologist in the future, even though the location of HautZentrum Zürich AG is really good and the treatment was quick and painless for me. A pity!... (Show more)
As a long-time patient of the Zurich Skin Center, I can say with great confidence that my experiences have always been positive. The team of doctors and nurses is extremely competent, professional and sensitive. The treatments were always effective and I always felt well cared for and understood. Overall, I can only warmly recommend the Zurich Skin Center.... (Show more)
I have Dr. So far I have found Kägi to be a very competent doctor who takes time and listens to his patients. The practice team is also extremely friendly, even though they are very busy. Keep it up!
I can only strongly advise against visiting this practice. As a patient you are treated like a number. I had to wait for the doctor several times, undressed, on the couch in a cold room for over 15 minutes and freeze. Expensive mole surgeries are performed that are judged to be unnecessary by other renowned dermatologists. Services not provided are listed on the invoice, thus inflating the bill. My telephone complaint about this was ignored and not dealt with further.... (Show more)
Last month I visited Dr.'s office for the first (and certainly last!!) time. Kägi visited. : 1. Dr. BEFORE the procedure, Kägi couldn't say how much the bill would be (which is a joke, since mole incisions are part of a dermatologist's everyday business and you can at least give a rough price range!), 2. The bill contains some points that are not understandable and just appear cheeky (e.g. the point “studying files in the absence of the patient”, Dr. Kägi didn't know at the check-up appointment after the mole removal why I was there that day... because of studying files). The point "examining the patient" also seems cheeky, since he didn't examine me that day, but had to keep his distance due to a cold... overall, the bill with various points seems absurd, far too overpriced, which I wouldn't visit again ! . Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars!... (Show more)
A catastrophic doctor, so to speak, doesn't listen, is cheeky, unfriendly and overpriced, because of her I had a lot of problems with the wound but she wasn't interested in anything and never gave an answer about it, I had to get further treatment in the hospital with additional costs because of her error during the operation "wound sewn incorrectly"... NOT RECOMMENDABLE. Patient: Kabashi... (Show more)
The blonde woman at the reception is extremely unprofessional: I always have to remind her about the medication I should get from her (according to the doctor), unfriendly and interrupts me to talk to other people. I've been 3 times and each time I had to wait ~25 minutes. If you don't have enough staff, don't take so many appointments! People have a job/study/life and have a special time slot reserved for treatment. I can't yet comment on the quality of the treatment... (Show more)
Very competent I enjoy being a patient here
My review only concerns the reception and the service on the phone! I was very satisfied with the doctor! I live abroad and was only in Switzerland for 2 weeks. I had agreed with my treating doctor that I could call and ask about the results of my laboratory tests. My daughter called for me and that wasn't the problem. She was literally told: "It's probably her mother's own fault if she's abroad again! She needs a new appointment and there's a fee for it." Why is a problem that has existed for so long (read the reviews!) not solved, Dr. Kägi?? And by-the-way: How do I get my lab results now? I have already paid for this!... (Show more)
If you ask too closely what documents you should bring to the appointment, the woman on the phone will say "THE DOCUMENTS" 10 times, get annoyed and finally hang up without saying a word.
I communicated the details that led to this review directly to the practice at the time.
ACTUALLY 5 POINTS MINUS. I had an appointment at 3 p.m. today, 3 weeks ago I couldn't keep the 2:15 p.m. appointment (due to the traffic jam in Bern Zurich) and I reported really early and received my appointment today. After an hour of waiting in the treatment room, I left this place - it can't be like that. Another person who thinks he's something better. Oh yes, you only provide a service and nothing MORE. This doctor's office is not recommended. Your answer: knowingly overbooking and using the remaining employees as excuses. I will publish another review on Trust.... (Show more)
Dr. Kägi is certainly a good doctor. But what's the point if the practice team doesn't play along? My experiences with the team were so negative that I decided not to go to Mr. Kägi anymore. The following drove me to this decision and the negative review: I showed up on time for an agreed treatment appointment when I was told that Mr. Kägi was on vacation and the treatment could not take place. When I asked why I had not been contacted so that I could have saved myself the time and effort of the visit, I was told that my telephone number was incorrect. When I again objected that I couldn't see my data and therefore didn't know if something was wrong and they could have written me an email or a letter, any wrongdoing on the part of the practice team was denied. I'm still waiting for an apology today. No, not like that!... (Show more)
