I made an appointment via Doctolib for my son (15 months) who has a rash all over his body - which is quite itchy - and was so happy that I received one here at short notice (March 13th). Arrive at the practice, she says A doctor's assistant said, "I have to wait a moment, she doesn't want to do anything wrong." That made me stop in my tracks. Then her colleague came and explained to me that they couldn't take my son because he was a statutory health insurance patient and they weren't taking any more patients. Of course I complained and said, I got the appointment through Doctolib and now I came here specifically... "It was a system error and she apologized" I explained to her that I was a patient myself and it was an emergency. "I could also do it privately pay then he would be taken on… I am shocked and outraged by the treatment of small children, especially when it is an emergency. Unfortunately, skin practices are now just beauty clinics. It's all about making money. I wish everyone health and that they never find themselves in such a situation and ideally that they don't need a doctor at all! The health system is going down the drain - sad but true! In the future, I hope that the practice will provide the medical assistants with better training on when it is an emergency and also to show a little more humanity and insight, since it was a mistake on your part. As long as you, as a statutory health insurance patient, have to dial a different number than private patients and then you can't even get an appointment due to an admission stop for statutory health insurance patients, there is a two-tier society. Just because private patients earn you more money than I do as a statutory health insurance patient, my health is no less important. I am also a person who deserves treatment. I made an appointment online as a legally insured patient. But I was told on site that I could only attend the appointment as a self-payer. But it's nowhere and I haven't received a message.

+ at least in my case the quality of the work was very good: everything healed well, no marks. Very important: you should carefully check and agree on the scope of work beforehand - Appointments kept being postponed I will go there again.

Excellent practice with competent and friendly staff. Appointment management online is possible without any problems. Waiting times in the practice are minimal.

Had an appointment at 4:50 p.m I got there on time but then had to wait 10 minutes at reception because the two ladies were completely overwhelmed. I was there for treatment as a statutory health insurance patient. I waited about 2 months for an appointment, which is fine for me (patient with statutory health insurance, not an emergency). I found the waiting time to be short at 10 minutes. The doctor who treated me was friendly and was able to help me straight away, so the appointment only lasted 5 minutes. Unfortunately, the waiting time for the follow-up appointment to treat one of the problems is a bit long at another 2 months. Conclusion: Well organized, pleasant treatment.... (Show more)

I made an appointment with Dr. on the same day using the Doctolib app. Brunner. When I arrived at the doctor I was told that Dr. Brunner left the practice in the morning. New appointment 26 days later, without words...

As a statutory health insurance patient you are treated like trash, “our doctors are private doctors who don't even look at you, even if you have an emergency” reproduced verbatim. I went to Doctor Hamann for Botox treatment of the armpits/sweat glands and I am very happy. She is a super nice, attentive and friendly person. She takes her time and is happy to answer any question, no matter how stupid. The 1 star deduction is because I had to wait 45 minutes twice, which is difficult for me as a working person.... Not the first visit to this practice. Short waiting time. Nice personel. Unfortunately, only the symptoms are treated without trying to find the cause of the problem. I had 3 lipedema surgeries at the skin center and am more than happy and grateful for the results that Dr. Wilder did magic. I had my first examination to diagnose lipedema + lymphedema in September 2022 and was immediately provided with all the necessary information, prescription for compression, etc. A week later I had an appointment with Dr. Wilder for the surgical consultation, after I had surgical consultations in other clinics, it was clear to me that Dr. Wilder is the only right one for me - this is about a medically necessary operation and not just draining the body to become slim, Dr. Wilder was direct, open and completely honest here, which convinced me. All 3 operations that were carried out from October to February went excellently, the team around Dr. Wilder especially Anna + Ines are worth their weight in gold - you always feel that they want to help from the heart and that you can turn to anyone with anything. It should also be mentioned that the costs do not serve to enrich the clinic; Compared to other clinics, I paid 1/3 here. The surgical result is better than I could have imagined - THANK YOU!
